For a corporation of our size and complexity, Netcraft gives us a central hub and a single console for managing brand infringements, automated takedowns, VIP social monitoring, and other related services. The Netcraft pricing model, is designed to maximise profit for Netcraft, but that makes it difficult to build a clear business case for budget as the "modules" The pricing model is confusing and even after speaking with a Netcraft rep, it was still quite difficult to understand what we are paying for and why!
