What I like the most about Netcraft is the speed with which they can track attacks. Multiple times now, we've had reports of a malicious site from either internally or externally, and by the time we take a look at it, Netcraft has already initiated takedown of the site. There's some mismatch between the tracking in our portal view and what the API provides, especially in how attack IDs are grouped versus what's uploaded via the API into our logging systems. This is not a "dislike" as such, it's more of a "could be better." The Netcraft pricing model, is designed to maximise profit for Netcraft, but that makes it difficult to build a clear business case for budget as the "modules" The pricing model is confusing and even after speaking with a Netcraft rep, it was still quite difficult to understand what we are paying for and why!
