Duplicating campaigns is pretty simple. It works pretty good with our backend (Magento), which is technically out of date. They did what they could with an old system. Customer support was really nice. They helped quickly and if there was something I didn't understand, they helped me figure out how to use it. There were issues with syncing when it came to when we tried to launch sales. There were some features that were disabled, such as certain coding that used to work is no longer possible. Unbxd provide search services. It is easier to use. As they have provided there unbxd panel from which we can configure many things like filters which want to provide, we can look into attribute we pass to them, etc. They have good support team which address issues.
