Easy to use the API with a good library Clear and simple panel It works, even if not very stable in sending, but it can be used for transactional email and in the test, the messages arrived, although only a simple test was done for 2 emails. Approval of the domain took a little long I couldn't test while waiting for the domain approval Support is unclear, going around too much to answer simple questions, they should be more direct and focused on solving problems or at least respond clearly, they didn't explain the reason for the slowness sometimes and took a long time to inform about the accent problem in Zoho Performance issue, sometimes it sends in 1-2s and other times 2-3 mins, I tested on Gmail and Zoho, simple email test one at a time and still sometimes it was delayed Accent problem in Zoho, they suggested using base64, but this problem doesn't occur with another email service The message log could be like Postmark's, which shows more details of each status and original email, but I haven't seen this feature in others, so it wouldn't really be a downside.
