Automation, integration, in-built spam score monitor, reachable contacts, journeys, and segments all of this can easily be set. Customer support is responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Email API? The platform has many bugs here and there. Reporting features aren't very good. The current status of campaigns/campaign summary is never updated on a real-time basis. Figures will show up only after the campaign has finished. So, if you run a slice and send a campaign for a month, you'll only get to know the performance after a month. Detailed reports, which are password protected, have to be downloaded every time, and the password is sent to a mobile number, which is very annoying.
