The email service was pretty mediocre all the time. Our emails reached their recipients at least 2 or 3 minutes after being sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Email API? They're not a serious company. They disabled our account without sending any notice whatsoever. The worst part is that we were also using that account in a production environment. It was a complete disaster, and I don't recommend NetcoreCloud and their Email API services to anyone. It should be noted that we did not reach our limits. Our limit was 30,000 emails per day, and we sent at most 50 emails per day. It used to just work which is all you want from an email provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Email API? Errors and poor support! I have been with Netcore since Pepipost and always found them responsive to any issues. Over the years, we have had various issues that were resolved. However, recently we had a bigger issue where a major ISP blocked our emails due to an issue with an IP address. Our emails are requested, our spam rating negligible and our open rate extremely high...yet we are stilll blocked by a major ISP! The support response is a generic without any information or detail as to the error, the reason or expected fix. As this is the main function, the product just cannot deliver. Price is the best thing for the solution Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Email API? The support do not really care about improvement of solution. For some downtime with API which are appearing every 1/2 month for years they still do not confirm that there is intermittent issue and never fixing it . They are working in 80/20. Anything which looks too complex to fix in never taken in consideration even if is is stopping sending email. Lot of frustration fo that , we will probably move out for this solution to have better stability when we will have time to do migration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
