I have been with Netcore since Pepipost and always found them responsive to any issues. Over the years, we have had various issues that were resolved. However, recently we had a bigger issue where a major ISP blocked our emails due to an issue with an IP address. Our emails are requested, our spam rating negligible and our open rate extremely high...yet we are stilll blocked by a major ISP! The support response is a generic without any information or detail as to the error, the reason or expected fix. The current status of campaigns/campaign summary is never updated on a real-time basis. Figures will show up only after the campaign has finished. So, if you run a slice and send a campaign for a month, you'll only get to know the performance after a month. Detailed reports, which are password protected, have to be downloaded every time, and the password is sent to a mobile number, which is very annoying.
