Great product, insensitive arm twisting attitude **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Karthik K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2023 **What do you like best about Email API?** The product was great. We choose it even though it worked out a mite more expensive than AWS or other solutions . The interface is good, the API is simple, easy to use, technically we faced no problems with it. **What do you dislike about Email API?** We have seen a huge disconnect between sales, tech and support. They seem to be working against one another all the time, and in most cases, they have no clue about what the other is saying/doing. The last straw was when they forced us to "upgrade" with very little notice, even though the previous product is running and continues to solicit new clients. We are fed up with the company and have decided to move out entirely rather than keep dancing to their different tunes. **What problems is Email API solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is not solving any problems for us right now. It has an approach that seems not to appreciate how critical transactional emails are and how any downtime on those can affect business. Curiously, the tech itself is reliable, but some managers who do not understand the industry are fiddling with it unnecessarily. ### 2. The admin module is simple and has no issues in terms of usage. **What do you dislike about Email API?** When something goes wrong (say a drastic drop in deliverability), their customer service team just keeps sending you email that they are coming back to you - but they never come back. I wasted 40 days in the same limbo and was forced to switch from them because they just could not come back with a response. **What problems is Email API solving and how is that benefiting you?** EMail API - There is nothing very different about what it can do. We were integrating this with Mautic to ensure we are able to send out marketing and transactional email. ### 3.
