I like how you can assign tasks and reconciliations to individuals on the accounting team and they receive them in their items to complete. Implementation was very easy and quick. We started using it immediately and had no problems at all. It is easy to learn, easy to teach to others, and has lots of features we are using: tasks (for close, year end and audit), reconciliations, flux analysis, and amortizations. This has been a huge help to streamline things for us as a team and a company. NetGain has been great in assisting with any additional questions and they are very knowledgable about the product. NetClose is super easy to use. Implementation ran smoothly and we were up in running on our targeting time (1-2 months). We easily implemented NetClose into our close process and house all of our reconcilitions with it.

I primarly use it as a user, but also an administrator.

As a user, I'm using it throughout the month to set up my month end checklist (40+ tasks) and track my monthly reconciliations. What I like best is the ease to drag and drop my reconciliation spreadsheets into NetClose. Then NetClose reconigses my account balances in my spreadsheet and cross references the Balance Sheet.

As an administrator, there isn't too much to do other than general upkeep (add new tasks, map new accounts). Most of the implementation took care of that. Monthly, generating tasks lists and reconciliations is as easy as clicking a button!

Built on NetSuite and easy to use with smooth implementation. Netgain team works to solve issues and find solutions instead of others who just default to "that is not a feature that will work". Our favorit feature of NetClose is definitely the task manager. Previously, we were using a manual checklist in Excel. We love being able to enter all of our monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks into NetClose, assign them to staff, and have it fully integrated into NetSuite. We can easily see everything that needs to be done and NetClose made it easy to reallocate tasks due to either workload or time off. We were able to cut down time off of our monthly close by shifting responsibilities using NetClose to optimize our staff's time.

The team at Netgain is also great. We were up and running in less than 2 weeks and there was no disruption in our day-day work. Support is always reaching out to make sure the product is working well for us and asking for feedback on future enhancements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We also use the reconciliation feature of NetClose, which we like.Our only compliant is that the reconciliation feature is solely at the account number position. It would be nice if the reconciliation feature could be drilled down to the department level. Hopefully that enhancement will come in the near future. Otherwise, we are very happy with NetClose. NetClose is a great tool for managing month-end. We have a US subsidiary and an India subsidiary. Being able to see the progress being made half way around the world is so helpful. Because we have multiple subsidiaries, we have some general ledger accounts that are subsidiary specific. We have chosen to reconcile all active balance sheet accounts and the reconciliation feature lists all general ledger accounts for each subsidiary even if they are not used by a subsidiary, which makes the reconciliation list longer than it needs to be. It is not a big issue because when we run the auto-reconcile feature the unused accounts are automatically marked as done, but the first couple months that we used NetClose the reconciliation list felt a bit over-whelming. NetLease stands out as ERP-agnostic software that empowers accountants to efficiently handle in-house lease management tasks, including seamless modifications, scope reductions, ROU impairments, lease balance roll-forward, and waterfall reporting. Accountants are opting for NetLease due to its advanced technical functionalities, a knowledgeable implementation team, and user-friendly interface.

Customer support was really outstanding and they were available for support as well as communication druing the project implememtation was awesome.
