As someone who is using Netchex for the first time as a payroll system, it has been great so far. The only issue I had ran into was a report that wasn't organized cleanly so I had to figure some things out on my end to really organize the data the way that would be most helpful. The program provides reliable timekeeping, especially the app. We utilize the timekeeping and payroll functions. I personally find the Announcement feature a helpful "extra." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Employees with tenure are continually confused about their PTO accrual and balances. Balance for tenured employees should be available either first day of fiscal year, or, the employee anniversary date, as accrual periods cause issues for tenured employees scheduling time off prior to "accrual."
