Incredibly flexible, you can virtually add any product with a bit of scripting. Community contributions keep the product evolving. **What do you dislike about NetBox?** As with other open source product you can do virtually anything but you need to script it. **What problems is NetBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are moving towards a single source of truth with full integration between all our solutions. We are implementing a full cycle automation and using Netbox to trigger automation and orchestration workflows via webhooks and ansible scripting. We plan to add the other blocks including observability and operations. ### 2. Netbox has bought all together and made it easy ### 3. It assists with flowcharting, and itemizing our systems such as servers and data centers. **What do you dislike about NetBox?** I wish there were more tools to create flow charts showing system backups and linking vendor contact information. If there was a toll showing where outages via vendors occured, such as a real-time live map, that would be helpful. **What problems is NetBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organization such as Itemizing our Data Centers, and connection points.Virtualization is next for us to list our Virtual Machines.
