What do you like best about NetBeez Network Monitoring?

We find great value in being able to see network conditions from multiple points within our network, as well as from an off-network perspective. Also of great value is the ability to run service tests from multiple network points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetBeez Network Monitoring?

The network agents themselves need rebooting from time to time to continue to provide accurate test results. The first diagnostic step when investigating an issue that NetBeez reports is to reboot the agent in question, just to be sure the issue is accurately reported. What problems is NetBeez Network Monitoring solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to correlate reports of network issues with ongoing network agent testing, from multiple network locations, has been an invaluable tool for our small network operations staff. Our time-to-resolution is been greatly improved, and we are able to pinpoint the source of reported issues much faster with the perspective into live network conditions that NetBeez Network Monitoring provides. we are no able to add easly a SSL certificate directly from the dashboard.

it's can be difficult to get a direct SSH access to an agent.( certificate and passphrase are unknown) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NetBeez is invaluable for monitoring remote corporate offices"

What do you like best about NetBeez Network Monitoring?

NetBeez allows me to be proactive to user problems and address them as soon as they show up. Additionally, I no longer have to walk users through basic troubleshooting to gather information as I can use a remote Bee to run ping, traceroute, speedtest, etc. NetBeez has become a required tool for me to be able to support multiple remote offices. Additionally, the team at NetBeez is extremely responsive to my feedback and requests for new features and updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NetBeez Network Monitoring solving and how is that benefiting you?

NetBeez addresses both monitoring and troubleshooting for corporate offices. I can troubleshoot problems at all remote offices without needing remote engineers or impacting internal users. The UI has improved greatly over the years as the company makes great efforts to listen to customer feedback and make the appropriate changes. Having to purchase and install a hardware agent for every site we want monitored. Although, there is talk of soon being able to install agents on some Cisco Catalyst products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
