"A great Java development environment"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NetBeans?

Netbeans in a programming environment for Java very complete. It is very versatile, with it you can program almost any type of application. It provides tools for the reuse of programmed modules. It has a good support for Php. Once we become familiar with its graphical interface, the work becomes very fluid. Update it is very simple. Another of the things I like about Netbeans are the templates it provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetBeans?

At the beginning it is very complicated to work with him. Its graphical interface is a little intimidating when installing. However as I went using it all the work flowed faster. Another thing that I do not like about Netbeans is that as it is updated it uses a lot of computer resources, however it is necessary to be clear that for the development of applications a team with good characteristics is needed. But in each update of the application the use of resources is greater. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NetBeans?

NetBeans facilitates us to develop GUIs very easily without much knowledge about any programming languages. And also, it provides us with a slide bar in which we can access saved files and projects quickly. Furthermore, it provides suggestions for us when coding the projects. It saves time. With just press tab it auto-completes our code, we only need to write a few, and it provides more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetBeans?

The main weakness of this IDE is, it takes a lot of time to load on our PC. And another thing is when we install it to PC, it takes huge memory space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NetBeans - My favorite IDE"
5/5
What do you like best about NetBeans?

NetBeans is a powerful IDE which we can use for Java, C++, PHP and more developments. It also works as an application framework. It helps to design GUI by drag-and-drop tools to the interface. We can use NetBeans for larger projects because it provides many organisation facilities. The first thing is it is free and opensource. Also, it is a cross-platform application which we can install in many different operating systems. NetBeans orders code lines and highlights words. It also provides code auto-completing features. We can arrange files and folders for better readability and to maintain the structure of the application. Easy to refactor code if necessary. Also, there are many third-party APIs to ease coding. Easy to analyse and fix bugs using the debugger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetBeans?

NetBeans is not lighter requires high resources. Although there are many APIs we need additional training about them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
