What do you like best?

What I most like about Netbase Quid is the possibilities the platform give to it users, making it easier to create analysis and generate insights for a business. Currently, we use Netbase in many areas of our Business and this is the reason why we are glad to have Netbase Quid as a partner. If I needed to choose one feature that I like best, would be the possibility of creating analysis on the conversation related to a brand/products within minutes because of the creation of topics were built in a very well organized way, facilitating all the work we need to do to have the amount of information we collect on the platform. What do you dislike?

There's nothing we dislike on Netbase Quid, but something I'd like to see improved is the demographics data that can mislead depending on the country you are doing your analysis. This is probably because of the source of data Netbase uses to provide Demographics insights that is based on United States sources, which mislead analysis outside United States. I'd encourage people to use Netbase so more people could have the possibility of using a platform that helps and improve different areas of a business, not only those ones you know you are missing something, but once you have Netbase you start to find out that different areas could be improved through data decision/analysis. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As mentioned before, we use Netbase Quid for tons of areas on our business, for example: Sponsorship management, Insights on new contents for our fanbase, Social Media tracking, Influencers tracking, Sentiment around FURIA's brand, Sponsorship Product conversations and many others., I realized that Netbase could help different areas of our business, so I'm glad to dive into and find out every possibility we can do through Netbase Quid. The limit on historical Twitter data, paying extra for a history days quota on top of the annual fee is a bit steep and sometimes limits our work when it would be useful to have 100% of historical data but not useful enough to justify the extra costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

This is a platform that provides you with an analysis of social networks to drive your company to obtain the best results of the behavior of the audience, points of interest, so you can differentiate nuances and quantify them. You can create a constant workflow in your team and generate a greater experience for potential clients, increase your income and sales, as well as channel your work into what your clients are interested in. our experience has been satisfactory and we have obtained good and gratifying results, we did not present any type of problem or inconvenience. However, the sentiment analysis could be improved since sometimes it presents a flaw that could count as something negative for the platform, this does not mean that it is bad software, but it could offer better performance for the user. it is ideal for any type of company, especially large ones, it is suitable for processing large volumes of mentions on social networks. It provides you with relevant information about the audience, content marketing, social networks, creative campaigns. We use Netbase in our company to track direct competitors, track our current customers and also to discover what works and what does not work for potential customers as well as patterns and opportunities especially social networks since it is where we get the most users. What do you like best?

It is an incredibly useful tool, I like the many panel templates they provide, it also has the ability to divide the data into so many different segments, it also offers excellent diagrams and images, the interface is relatively easy to use, the reports are also very good. It is one of the most solid analysis tools of the moment, it is also easy to add a filter without having to start the process completely, the tool is continuously updated and is always in constant growth, it also provides me with excellent analyzes. What do you like best?

Quickly understanding sentiment drivers of our audience towards a product launch or campaign.

Looking at how followers interact on Twitter across competitors, talents, players, etc.

AI is most developed from all social listening tools.

Inflexibility of the platform. If you have used any BI tool or other tools within social listening, you will soon see that there are limitations in charting and dashboarding.

What do you like best?

NetBase is well-thought-out and feature-rich. You be hard-pressed to find a similar tool that enables you to do as much as NetBase, while also being as user-friendly. NetBase is intuitive enough that you can pick it up and start using it, and expansive enough that we're constantly finding valuable new ways to use it. The software provides many in-depth methods of breaking down large data sets—by key terms, authors, domains, language, geography, and much more. This gives you many different options for how you want to view or examine the data, which aids in both analyzing the data and understanding it (something that is vital to us). What do you dislike?

Any nitpicks I have are mostly with how the system could be better to meet our company's specific needs. Because we read through long streams of social data, it would be nice to have the entire stream appear at once without having to click the “load more” button (saving precious time). To unlock the full capabilities of NetBase, you have to get to know the system. That requires an investment of time and effort since there are a lot of different features packed in here. The cross tab analysis is one of the coolest features I've ever seen in a tool. I love slicing and dicing the data to find insightful patterns. What do you like best?

NetBase provides many ways to analyze and dissect data, with a broad range of filters that allow users to examine data across a variety of variables. It provides our teams with quality insights - both quantitative and qualitative. I think one of our most-used features is the cross-tab analysis, to assess share of voice across competitors and compare them across a number of topics across healthcare. Using this functionality also lets us see trends over time, and dive into assessments of when/why certain brands see more activity. Additionally, we find the sentiment drivers are helpful for our work in the healthcare space, in seeing what drives sentiment among patients, advocates and the medical communities. The platform takes some time to become familiar with; it's not as intuitive when you first get started, e.g. remembering to clear a filter from your analysis to reset after taking a closer look at one area. NetBase is a leading social listening tool that differentiates itself from traditional social monitoring tools by helping marketers create engagement strategies by accurately capturing social conversation (whether text, slang, emoji or image), applying an array of sentiment drivers, analysis widgets and themes which can be directly compared against competitors.

From a user perspective, the visual interface is intuitive, easy to learn and use. The topic tuner’s ability to disambiguate and filter out spammy content is invaluable and best-in-class. Once topics are defined, they can be analyzed through many different analysis widgets (authors, channels, demographics, language, popular media/posts, sentiment, sentiment drivers, source, geo-fence, GPS, word clouds, etc.). Competitive analysis is also facilitated through brand passion, cross-tab, side-by-side, timeline and topic comparison widgets. From a business value perspective, the ability to converge and analyze owned, partner and earned content is amazing. This is a strategic tool that facilitates action, not just monitor reaction. The out-of-the-box functionality and self-learning program for this SaaS is scalable in sophistication and should also resolve governance issues, especially for lean resource teams. There is not really many things but if I really had to name something I would say the load time for topics could be a little faster but it is also understandable that in order to pull in the vast amounts of accurate data that it will definitely take some time. What do you like best?

There are so many ways to really dig in to the data, to confirm why I'm getting a particular result. I can confidently show where the consumer insight (and corresponding sentiment) is coming from, and that it's an accurate assessment of that consumer post. That's the other part that's amazing - the sentiment analysis accuracy. And again, being able to confirm it and not rely on the tool just saying something is positive or negative, but letting me click through and filter/analyze in many ways to show me *why.* Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They update the tool something like every other week, and that's not a negative, but I always seem to forget when it's happening and not having access at that moment can be a bother. The next generation artificial intelligence keeps consumer understanding really on point and ahead of the curve, and NetBase is consistently innovating to ensure it has the most robust datasets available too. Would be easier to list what I'm not, as I use it in every way possible - to predict trends, monitor consumer conversation, identify category white space, discover new audience segments, ensure brand health, capture competitive intelligence, identify and monitor influencers, detractors and their followers. The consumer journey capabilities are invaluable, helping reach consumers where they are, in ways that resonate, is a personal favorite as well. Using NetBase really drives home how little of what we assume about consumers is accurate. Their needs, wants, likes and dislikes are often surprising, sometimes even startling - and although it follows the news cycle, it's not lock and step aligned with it. A few of these resources include informational articles, demonstrative videos, and customer support who is eager to help with any issues or answering your questions. In addition, NetBase conferences are held across different cities and are a huge resource in learning how others are using the tool. We place a high value on being able to read through the stream in its entirety and the ease of navigating this could be improved. Providing page numbers and/or an option for any level user to tag or categorize posts would be beneficial. What do you like best?

I think what's most beneficial is the user-friendly elements of the tool. Particularly, the ability to build out topics without having to write it out in boolean queries. Another wonderful thing within that capability is the "tuner" feature, which helps optimize the query in a matter of seconds vs. traditional trial and error query building. What do you dislike?

I wish there was more organizational tagging/grouping capabilities for topics. For instance, if one company has 6 different departments using the tool...it would be great to have walled sandboxes of sorts to keep things organized and reduce the chance for unrelated teams to go into certain topics they're not meant for.
