Netale is a business operating system for local, customer-driven service businesses. Customer messages from WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and connected Instagram Business accounts are brought into one inbox, shown beside the customer record, request context, and conversation history. Netale's AI assistant helps operators interpret customer intent, identify the service requested, capture missing details, draft replies, summarize conversation threads, and review recommended next steps. A guided online booking flow lets customers share the service they need, contact details, a preferred time, and the service address, and a Netale booking page can be added as a booking link on an eligible Google Business Profile, subject to Google eligibility and approval. An operational pipeline shows the status, service, potential revenue, source, and next action for each opportunity. Scheduling tools include a work queue, calendar view, staff assignment, and conflict warnings. Catalog pricing supports quotes, completed work carries into orders, and invoice totals and balance status remain visible in the customer record. Netale surfaces customers waiting for a response, estimates needing attention, and unfinished work, and provides a Home view of priorities and operational insights. Netale is used by appointment-based and quote-based service businesses, including garage door services and HVAC companies.
