"Great support but not an equally great service"

What do you like best about net2phone?

Best thing about Net2Phone is their support. They have been prompt to respond and eager to help with whatever problem I've thrown at them. I couldn't ask for more from a support staff than I've seen from Net2Phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about net2phone?

The service itself is good technically, but the little details are not so good. In a way, our previous landline service did at least a few more things that we need, compared to this service. Granted, the phones we purchased were low-end and that contributes to the problem, I'm sure, but things like directory creation and changes are much harder than they should be, in my opinion. Forwarding a voicemail from the phone itself and not just from email is another option we really miss. Again, a higher-end phone choice may have solved these problems, but we didn't know that when we purchased them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is net2phone solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can use the call analytics to see what calls are coming in and to where much easier than we could with our previous system. Configuration is much easier, like setting up ring groups, departments, schedules, etc. My job is easier now with Net2Phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
