What do you like best about net2phone?

The stability and support. I can get issues resolved in under 10-15 minutes usually. We've experienced almost no outages since we've been using Net2Phone's managed VOIP service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about net2phone?

I'd say the business portal we have access to for managing the virtual pbx settings and the IVR isn't the most intuitive to use. It would be great if they update it in the future to match some of the competitor's managed VOIP portals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about net2phone?

Customer service has been awesome and they were able to walk me thru the process of going from analog to VOIP. We have a few issues and every time they were able to resolve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about net2phone?

They do have almost too many options, as we just needed a simple system. Thus it took a little bit more work to make it a more simple system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering net2phone:

Net2phone can be used for just one person to more than 50 persons. Their customer service exceeds the big-name carriers tenfold. It is also a one-stop-shop, they supplied the phones etcetera, and the port over was done in 5 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is net2phone solving and how is that benefiting you?

We no longer need an intercom system as we could answer our business lines from anywhere using the phone app. Also we can easily program items online using our account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
