Very easy to use. Set up was a breeze and the admin portal is intuitive, with lots of options for customization for ring groups, messaging, etc. I love being able to see all the calls in one place, with the ability to listen to voicemails online.

I highly recommend net-2-phone to any busy small-business owner. The phones are modern and user-friendly, the staff is responsive, and updates can be made via telephone and computer. I have not experienced many dislikes. In searching my mind to satisfy the question, it would be nice if a screen protector and case were added to each order.
