There are hidden taxes and fees that are added onto the bill that are not discussed on the inital quote, close to 25% of what the initial quote was. This is not a deal breaker, but it would have been nice to have a frank discussion about the total charges. It is portable-we can bring our phones home or not bring them home, but still have access to the phone ringing at all times (that we select each day/week/month). I love the clearness when speaking and hearing others speak. I used to have difficulty with the old phone line phones, but since using the voice over internet phone system, I no longer have that concern. We have used Net2Phone for many years, and they are outstanding. Anytime we have service requests, they are handled promptly and efficiently. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I have nothing negative to say about Net2Phone. This is not their fault, but the Polycom phones are not the greatest. When calls come in, the telephone becomes unfunctional to put a call or hold or access other features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They're a nightmare company to deal with.
