Hard to have any dislikes about Net2Phone. They have been excellent with customer service and support. If I had to give them a mark in this area for anything, it would have to be with the PBX administration. Parts of it can be a little bit confusing at first and takes some getting used to figuring out the process. The user interface needs work. The app for both IOS and Andriod is held together with tape. Very buggy and crashes frequently. Overall the desktop app needs tweaks for ease of use. Here are some suigested fixes or improvements:

* There should be a way to clear all voicemails from the main menu

* Call Recordings can fail to download or only one party can be heard.

* Recordings should have the abilty to seek or skip sections.

* (Suggestion) Program would benifit from detecting voicemails, a conversation. bad number etc and these call results should be displayed in the call history log. Perhaps with Ai

* There should be an option to viiew/review more than 10 calls per page

* Texting/Inbox needs an overahaul.

* Administrators should be able to open users call history and information, etc by clicking on their names under team member stats.
