What makes Net-Results stand out for our Frankfurt HR compliance firm is its ready-made GDPR and BDSG compliance profiles built specifically for DACH recruitment pipelines. I no longer need to coordinate our client’s internal IT teams to code consent tickboxes or schedule automatic purges for expired candidate records; those regulatory guardrails work out of the box for applicant data. Its lead scoring engine and segmented form builder also simplify sorting incoming candidate inquiries massively. Exportable segmented lead lists translate cleanly over to SutiHR, slashing the manual data sorting our overstretched small-business HR clients deal with weekly. The drag-and-drop form editor and visual email nurture builder are straightforward to configure, so even non-technical HR staff can launch recruitment landing pages independently. The biggest limitation is the lack of bidirectional native sync with SutiHR; every week I have to run separate CSV exports and manual uploads to move candidate lead data between the two platforms, with no automatic cross-system profile updates. The standard reporting library doesn’t align with German HR audit formatting rules, meaning every compliance log I pull needs full restructuring before submission for official reviews. Advanced filtering to slice candidate groups is very restricted, and bulk deletion for outdated applicant datasets drags on extremely slowly for DACH clients with large historical recruitment databases. Prior to adopting Net-Results, our clients relied on basic standalone form builders and generic lead capture tools with zero pre-configured DACH data protection controls. HR teams were forced to manually add GDPR consent fields and track candidate data expiry dates on separate spreadsheets, creating constant compliance exposure risks. This platform consolidates lead capture, candidate scoring and regulated applicant data governance in a single environment. It removes the need for IT support to build compliance workflows and organizes segmented applicant data for transfer to SutiHR, cutting dozens of hours of repetitive data entry work for small HR teams with no dedicated technical staff. I use Net-Results as our primary marketing automation platform to manage long-term engagement with art collectors for our fine art gallery. What I like best about Net-Results is its flexible lead scoring combined with precise audience segmentation, which fits our gallery perfectly. The system instantly separates hot prospects from cold contacts, saving me hours of work. I no longer need to sift through hundreds of emails to find serious buyers, as I can pull high-priority leads with one click. It’s great how easily the lead data connects over to our Aurea CRM, allowing qualified prospects to flow straight into our client follow-up pipeline without manual copying and pasting. Net-Results automates lead nurturing for new online inquiries, and we no longer miss timely follow-ups during busy exhibition seasons. The segmentation tool lets me split groups by artistic preference and past purchases, tailoring emails to each segment, which significantly lifts open rates for our gallery events. What do you dislike about Net-Results? First, the email template builder has limited design flexibility. We frequently send out high-end exhibition announcements with custom artwork layouts, artist photos and branded header styles. The built-in editor restricts custom formatting, and I cannot freely adjust image spacing or embed neatly formatted artwork previews. I end up designing graphics in other software and pasting them as static images, which sometimes breaks formatting across different email clients. Second, multi-condition filtering is clunky. I want to combine multiple criteria, such as 'collectors of oil painting' plus 'no activity in the last 90 days' to build re-engagement campaigns. Stacking several rules together often produces inconsistent results. I usually have to export the list and clean up segments in a spreadsheet before re-importing. We work for several clients in the foodservice industry with vastly different segmentation elements; the email builder tool is incredibly intuitive and effective but for me, the big win is in the data management capabilities I have relative to collecting info, tracking engagement behavior and automation of things, relative to marketing. In addition to our email marketing program, we've begun using it as a step below a full CRM tool which has in turn really advanced our options with targeting and personalization in the emails. Net-results is a great tool to supplement your marketing and sales efforts. With seamless integration with salesforce, you can now get awesome insights about your leads directly in your salesforce widget (email and web activity). We primarily use for email marketing and monitoring site activity but also frequently use the reporting and segment tools which give so much valuable information. Support staff is also fantastic! There is much more capability than initially meets the eye. From drip and nurture campaigns with the ability to be as simple or complex in nature as you want to segmentation and list building, there are a lot of options and a pretty robust marketing automation system. It has a very large preview pane but the editing pane where you do all the content work is actually very small, making it hard to see. I wish it could expand to different sizes.
