I am able to segment out my targets very easily and integrate the results with any number of CRM solutions; Sugar, Salesforce, SAP . Emails are delivered with outstanding precision as evidenced by Net-Results' send reputation. The Net-Results technology has also allowed us to factor website behavior into our overall prospect follow up routine. "Net-Results is the BEST marketing automation for SugarCRM/Salesforce.com" 5/5 What do you like best about Net-Results? The support at NR is unparalleled they are on point and responsive - and FREE to anyone who has a subscription. As well as their support team they are an agile company that always strives to implement development changes their users seek. I have used NR for a year and manage a few client's instances of it - and everyone I have worked with that uses NR loves it. The data driven segmentation is unbelievable. I didn't have any experience with Marketing Automation prior to selecting Net-Results. They were amazing at the on-boarding process, educating me on how to use everything, and their support knowledge base is fantastic for when I need to figure out how to do something. Support is extremely responsive all the time. Now that I know what I'm doing in the platform, I find their UI intuitive and easy to use. The salesforce integration is also fantastic. The ease of the entire system, especially lead scoring. Real time reporting has been a huge upgrade for us as well as the visitors page which nicely lays out the traffic coming to your pages. We had many problems with our previous marketing automation tool - a lot of the times the system just didnt work correctly and did not send out emails. Net-Results allows me to design automated campaigns with an infinite amount of scoring and structural options. I can run a timely drip campaign while in the same instance put together a complex nurture campaign and pull a report of our hottest leads. The ability to score and design as I wish is key to our agency providing turnkey automation services to clients. Also, I cannot brag enough about the service and support we get from Net-Results.
