Net-Results has a very simple to understand interface. Too simple, in a lot of ways. But simple nonetheless. By simple I mean that it's not overwhelming with features and unnecessary buttons and graphics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Net-Results is very lacking in major marketing automation features. The automation part is a bit ironic as you have to do many things manually. The interface is simple at first glance but crucial features that are easy to find in most other marketing automation tools (Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo), you have to dig to find in NR.
I consider myself educated in marketing automation tools as I had used Eloqua and Pardot before using NR. But in using NR for 7 months, I contacted their support team about 20-30 times. Most of those times, it was to ask how something worked or where a certain feature was. It's just not intuitive at all.
Compared to Pardot and Eloqua, it's much more affordable (which is why my company went with it) but considering the number of times we had meetings about NR, how lacking it was, and how much time we were wasting using it versus our previous tool, it wasn't worth the savings. Functionality, drag & drop features, user-friendly, excellent technical support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Not being able to delete lists after you've used them
2. No A/B testing feature
3. No fatigue calendar Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Really like the analytic feedback from the system. Helpful to see the data in a visual format. Segmentation options are also helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's expensive. A lot of the options seem complicated and constant training is needed to make the most use of the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
