The fact that it allows us to keep our computer up to date to be able to carry out my software developments in a much more functional and simple way is something of great help to improve the performance of our applications in a much more comfortable way, its performance turns out to be something quite Well, during our use we did not have any problems regarding the operation of this application, on the contrary, its performance seemed most impressive and above all useful and practical, the security and stability that it has makes it an excellent option to carry out our developments in a much simpler and safer way, which in the end is quite convenient. As it is oriented to Windows operating systems from the beginning, the fact that it is not available in Linux is a great limitation for many other programmers. When attempting to develop applications for our clients, .Net has been our faithful companion for the past few years. Through it, we've been able to fulfill all of our programming needs, from developing interactive webapps to dynamic websites. When it came to security features, .Net is easily one of the more secure programming frameworks as it is owned by Microsoft and backed up by 100s of thousands of developers. One of our latest projects was for a pharmaceutical warehouse where we connect all of their branches to a core database through an off the shelf point of sale system. We managed to do this with ease and had the support of the community when trying to resolve all of our issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about .NET 4.5? As .NET is owned by Microsoft, the framework is strongly focused on the Windows OS. Recently Microsoft released .Net core to try and address the MacOS and Linux support. .Net can be costly if you look into bringing additional features on board (like team development infrastructure and add-ons) While it is easy to learn and pick up, optimization is a must for big projects, as the code can become resource draining if not optimized properly. At least I always write in the same framework (.NET), and do not require to look up documentation to know how routine things are done. The inflexibility of those tools, if changes are required. Such that if I have to create a custom UI, I either use the existing set provided, or have to start one from scratch, with no middle ground such as the possibility of tweaking the source code of the existing controls, since no source code for the entire .NET 4.5 platform has ever been provided in any form. Microsoft .net has a mature framework and provides smaller footprint. It is also cross-platform. It is highly documented thus you can find numerous resources online. Application Compatibility and Deployment is great in this release. we found the Core New Features and Improvements in this release. with Windows Communication Foundation we have created Services for BOT (RPA tools) and ran it with successfully. The use of .NET 4.5 of the assemblies is really fantastic. When the set determines the action, a running time parallel to the original is established. There's nothing like .NET 4.5 garbage collection, it's amazing, since it works invisibly, we hardly care as developers of such an important item. The classes of DLLs abstracted in the platform give me an infinite number of options and methods for the development of solid interfaces, truly powerful applications.
