But as a tool for improving internal hiring it has amazing capacity. Nestor lets you set clear expectations for employees so there are no surprises about hiring decisions. If an employee doesn't currently fit what you're looking for, the employee growth goals lay out a clear track for them to improve themselves. **What do you dislike about Nestor?** Would be great to have an extension to integrate Nestor with the tools where we're tracking and achieving goals. **What problems is Nestor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Need a place to transparently report on all projects, goals, and achievements of the company. ### 2.
