I have found Nerdwise to be an insightful and innovative tool that spices up our sales and marketing schedule. What do you dislike about Nerdwise? The use of Nerdwise can be problematic in terms of isolating individual or group results to pinpoint the cause of troubles. Nerdwise introduces the concept of a gamified activity into the company’s daily schedule, thus increasing both the level of participation from employees as well as their engagement. There is a definite lack of comfort with the basic reporting features. The current options are mainly based on the completion and quantifiable indexes of activities. With Nerdwise we have accelerated all the touchpoints in our sales process, right from the initial connect to the point where the deal is signed.
