Nera ChatApp is a confidential AI platform that lets banks, credit unions, insurers and other regulated financial institutions use ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini on their most sensitive data without the AI model ever seeing it. The model receives the question, never the underlying values. Most organizations in regulated industries face the same problem. Their teams want to use generative AI on the data that matters most: borrower financials, loan files, transaction histories, member and customer records, policy schedules and client books. But sending that data to a third-party AI provider creates privacy, regulatory and vendor risk that compliance teams can't sign off on.
