It also had a good user interface where items were dragged and dropped and arranged in a workflow and the application was easily interfaced with existing systems. **What do you dislike about Neota?** Neota had felt the limitations of not providing strong collaboration features. Again, lack of authority to assign work or monitor output hindered the implementation of goals and objectives in projects. **What problems is Neota solving and how is that benefiting you?** Neota was beneficial for internal training and educational purposes.
