I have trouble with it not syncing to the platform from smart phone to tablet. Very frustrating. I don't want to complete the entire form on my phone. I do not have any dislikes about the system currently, as we are still in the "implementation" phase of our journey and learning as we go. The best part of ITRAK is that it is built on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 which provides endless versatility and many different integration opportunities with the Microsoft Suite, including but not limited to Azure AD, Power BI, Power Automate & MS Teams. The only downside of ITRAK is that it requires Microsoft licensing, which Microsoft is prone to changing on a whim. However, to date, the value has far outweighed the cost, and the licenses are shared across other Microsoft applications, which in some cases, can actually save costs.
