Great Applicant Tracking System **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2022 **What do you like best about Neogov HRMS?** I like how easy it is for candidates to apply, to review and move them through the recruitment steps needed, completely customizable. I especially like the online resource for salaries and job descriptions. I also enjoy the self-scheduling feature as well. **What do you dislike about Neogov HRMS?** Setting up the system was tedious, and with the help of the implementation coordinator, we were able to stay on track. Another challenge was setting up the HTML email notification templates, I had to learn pretty quick how to set those up. **Recommendations to others considering Neogov HRMS:** I highly recommend it as an excellent resource for public sector employers. **What problems is Neogov HRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** NeoGov saves me time by not handling paper applications, answering candidate phone calls and by not having to decipher handwriting.
