NeoCertified has an outlook plug-in that makes it very easy to use. In addition, they also have a web-based portal I use when I have a file too large to send through the email system. I have not experienced a single downside to using NeoCertified. They have plenty of storage room for the emails I send securly. They also retain those emails for a good length of time. Integration with Microsoft Outlook is easy to set up and use. We can click a Receive NeoCertified and all secure emails are uploaded onto our Outlook platform. If we want to send an email through the secure platform, we compose the email in Outlook and click Send NeoCertified. We know our emails are encrypted and our members information remains protected. Recipients of Neocertified emails can easily set up a passcode to open secure emails. Recipients can respond to our Neocertified emails with a secure link as well. However, We do have to periodically go on the neo-certified site to erase old messages for storage purposes.
