What do you dislike about NeoCertified Secure Email?

There isn't anything to dislike in particular with Neocertified but the same thing we dislike with ALL secure email solutions and that is the fact that the recipient has to set up a user name and password and a some of the people I work with are not used to that. Neocertified is super responsive in terms of support and have been phenomenal to work with. There is always a personal contact who helps us get things working. their renewal process needs to be fined tune just slightly. I get renewal notices for customers as a reseller before they ask if they like to renew.
