The IDEXX software is very to learn how to use it initially and it is easy to use on an ongoing basis. I like that all data is stored online in the cloud so there is cost savings not having to use information technology outsourcing as much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Neo Software? When adding third party data and applications to the system, it can be cumbersome at times, for example integrating new templates or forms from MS Word. Recommendations to others considering Neo Software: I would highly recommend this solution based on the ease of use and ease of installation and implementation. Extremely intuitive design. Love the cloud based system to save critical client data. Outstanding value for the price. It's a much less expensive option than the previous server based system. IDEXX Neo is a more holistic solution where we can handle accounting (billing, invoices, etc.), appointment scheduling, as well as many other vital functions like marketing to existing clients.
