**What do you like best about Neo Software?**

The best thing about the neo program is that it is cloud based.  Meaning that there is unlimited amount of storage space for large instructors. 

**What do you dislike about Neo Software?**

The worst thing is because it is cloud based, it allow the hospital to be open for breaks in firewalls.  Along with needing to be remotely hooked to server offsite.

**What problems is Neo Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data utilization, data storage, reliability
