The only thing I disliked with Neo is I wish there was the ability/option to add some of the available features in an a la carte pricing manner & that you wouldn’t have to buy one of the few membership tiers to get a certain feature if you didn’t need all the other perks of that tier. What I like about Neo is the accessibility to multiple settings also the speed at which customer service get involve in the trouble shooting / there is not automatization of services, I reach help desk and a human response which is better than Google Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) I would like to see more services included example like the multi cast a single email to all the members of the organization using their own respective name
