Neo is an awesome tool for all business especially useful for new sole-proprietorships, LLCs & other startups. I set up my first ever business email with Neo, which couldn’t have been easier or cheaper - and I had zero experience with custom domains and the like. An while you might never need them, the Neo support team is “on the ball” & will happily answer any question or do their best to solve any concern you have. Neo is best in class across the board. The only thing I disliked with Neo is I wish there was the ability/option to add some of the available features in an a la carte pricing manner & that you wouldn’t have to buy one of the few membership tiers to get a certain feature if you didn’t need all the other perks of that tier.
