People have inquired about the product when I share my email. The service is affordable. I wish more of the platform was available in the app rather than just online. I have had issues with being hacked and have reported man in the middle crimes to IC3. **What do you dislike about Neo?** Not all features are available in the app. Contacts are more difficult to manage than other platforms. Hacking not being verified by platform or reported on your end. **What problems is Neo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not having multiple emails and being able to consolidate my email accounts. ### 2. The migration process was seamless and easy, with all of my old emails and data moved to my Neo account within just 20 minutes. I am also simply delighted at the professionalism of Neo's customer support staff, who are polite and very prompt in responding to requests via email at any time. This is the best support I have ever had. Additionally, the setup was extremely easy. **What do you dislike about Neo?** I would be more delighted if Neo can allow use of different email plans. I would like to place some accounts on Starter, and others on Standard plan. **What problems is Neo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Neo is affordable and has excellent support. I pay 50% less for each email account compared to before, which is a big savings for my business.
