Sometimes it gets filtered as spam when i send emails. This is very helpful and the whole email system is user friendly. **What do you dislike about Neo?** It was not easy to set up or migrate my emails from my previous provider and it took much longer than anticipated. The customer support online was not helpful and I ended up having to solve problems myself. There are a few simple features missing which would make a big difference in usability. **What problems is Neo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was having issues with my emails going to soam folders with my previous provider. Using Neo means that I can have read receipts and easily track if my emails are being received without having to chase up. This saves me time and stress. ### 8. They could be integrated better or expanded.
