(14)3.3/5

Amex GBT Neo is a flexible, end-to-end travel and expense platform designed for organizations with layered policies and workflows. When a trip is booked, it flows automatically into Neo Expense without adding administrative overhead for travelers and finance teams. Neo™ is designed to be molded around what the organization needs – from approval workflows to entity-specific policy rules – so the platform adapts to you, not the other way around. Additionally, the duty of care tool gives travel managers visibility over how travelers are supported – before, during, and after a trip.
