So copy and images are presented uniformly and matching the copy and branding on my website. **What do you dislike about needls.?** Dislike? I would say the only thing I disliked was not having control of the AD account, but I don't mind in this case, because Needls has stood by their reputation of spectacular customer service and this process was crazy easy. **Recommendations to others considering needls.:** Get your images ready in the correct dimensions (they make it easy to know what those are). Get good ad copy, don't just make it up on the fly. Make sure you're sending people to a page that matches up with the message the ads send. **What problems is needls. solving and how is that benefiting you?** I do less work, but more meaningful outreach to people who don't know they want something from DaveWears yet. So I take all my images, copy, and the link to my site, and I get 30+ ads, all providing a better image of my business to the world. ### 2. Email response time is very slow. The only way to actually talk to anyone on the phone is by scheduling a call through their website and the next available time is always a few days away. **What do you dislike about needls.?** I enrolled in Needls program and paid the $420. After payment I was informed that per Facebook's policy they could not take me on as a client as they had already reached the maximum number of clients they could have at one time according to Facebooks policies. It has now been a week and I still haven't received my refund even though they say they processed it a week ago. I kept getting the run around that most banks take a few days to process the refund. To actually talk to someone on the phone I have to schedule a call through the website and the next available appointment is next week. I have spoken with my bank and they do not see the refund in any incoming transactions. The part that really makes me upset with this whole ordeal is they knew that I was in network marketing the entire time we talked before I signed up. So now I'm out $420, no advertisements being ran, no refund in sight, all because they over promise in the beginning and don't have a handle on the logistics of their company. Furthermore after multiple attempts to get an answer about my refund I ended up having to just dispute the original transaction with my bank. **Recommendations to others considering needls.:** Stay away **What problems is needls. solving and how is that benefiting you?** No benefits ### 3. Even though options are available, I wasn't too happy to see that Headers and descriptions were not being used on all ads. I also wasn't happy with having my credit card billed for a new ad when there was already sufficient credit from the previous ad already sitting as a credit. Still waiting to see if that will be utilized before I get billed again. I was led to understand that the credit would be utilized on this ad, so the additional billing was a bit of a surprise. **Recommendations to others considering needls.:** Know your market! Be prepared for the monthly $100 USD fee for using this platform. **What problems is needls. solving and how is that benefiting you?** While this is simple an alternative to going directly through the Facebook platform, I have yet to see any real results. Trying to gain information was difficult when I started, because I apparently didn't word my questions correctly. I had a great algorithm going and was advised to switch the type of ad I was running. That was a disaster! Great for them, lousy for me. Very expensive with everything is in USD, when exchange rate is considered. Now that the base rate for ads has increased, I am hesitant to go forward, but they already have my money so I guess time will tell. **Official Response from Michael Koral:** > Rose, Thank you very much for taking the time to write your candid review of our platform. Yes - we do make it much easier to create a FB campaign than Facebook itself and by design we take away some more complex options to allow for that. This helps us know where our spend is going and what results we're seeing. **What do you dislike about needls.?** Honestly nothing yet, the platform is working the way we want it to. **What problems is needls. solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to quickly increase our website traffic. This is one of many paid methods we're using and now we're already moving ad spend from other platforms to Needls. ### 6. My hunch is you were trying to promote a service that is pretty grey in the eyes of Facebook which resulted in having your campaign go through an appeal process. Sometimes it takes longer that people hope to get approved, but what I can say is that you stand the best chance of getting approved through us as we have a direct relationship with Facebook that increases the likelihood of the "grey" campaigns getting accepted. Id recommend this to everyone i lvoe the support. the fast replies on facebook and the dashboard is extremely easy to use and professional. I have been notcing the figures match up 100% as i have been checking this constantly **What do you dislike about needls.?** I havnt found anything i dislike yet. they are always there to help. I will admit it does seem like a pricey service however its well worth the $ **Recommendations to others considering needls.:** If you every need help they WILL help you, and they will walk you through the process step by step along the way.. **What problems is needls. solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lead Generation and Facebook page integration. This service made running lead generation ads super easy and no touch! Also with the abilities of Needls engage being able to add industry specific content onto my FB page is spectacular this is a time saver for sure and in any business Time is Money. Customers are Driven to my page, I can interact with them via messenger and i have gotten more likes and add posts because of this service. If you have used the FB business editor its extremely difficult to use and very time consuming as well. I spent money using FB editor to run leads and i spent countless hours testing and running ads and in one month i ended up with like 15 leads. I used the Needls service with the same budget i had spent prior with FB business editor and it took me less than 1 hr to set everything up and and the end of the month I came back with 91 leads generated, not to mention the post comment page likes and visitors to my page. THIS STUFF WORKS! Any time i had a question or needed help there was someone available to help that was KIND, COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL of my time. Again I am very very Impressed! ### 9. We have gotten great results working with Facebook Power Editor directly, but it is tedious to work with. Working with Needls has been so simple to create the campaigns and honestly, the ability to reach someone on chat right away to help you with the campaign has been critical to getting the campaigns launched. Access to this help has been invaluable to me. The team has even helped me with ideas on targeting, sent me related articles, and helped with headlines and messaging. **What do you dislike about needls.?** Initially, I disliked that the campaigns don't run on your own Facebook ads account, but after speaking with James, he explained how it all works, and I'm ok with it. I'm used to having total control in Power Editor (now Ads Manager) and I'm ok letting go some control in an effort to get better results. **Recommendations to others considering needls.:** Ask all the questions you have and the support team will answer them for you. I was uncomfortable at first, but after asking a ton of questions, I now feel totally comfortable. **What problems is needls. solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm using Needls mostly for lead generation for my own business, local businesses, and will also use this on the larger campaigns going forward. I've always been proud of our relatively low CPC and CPM costs, but I can't wait to see how low we can go with Needls. ### 10. The whole platform takes so much of the annoyance and tedious guesswork out of the facebook ads process. I really liked how I could chat right with my support person right on the dashboard and how helpful they were. Also personable. I know they sell themselves as "robots" but they're great human beings :) **What do you dislike about needls.?** Not too much, I had a weekend issue and couldn't get a knowledgable support person on the chat, but it was fixed for me first thing monday. Turns out they had solved my problem ahead of time anyways. **Recommendations to others considering needls.:** Just try it, it's a low cost to entry, I think I started with like a $125 spend, and quickly scaled up as I started seeing results. **What problems is needls. solving and how is that benefiting you?** Generating leads: have gotten lead cost down to $0.66 for a very niche product that is high priced. Generating Sales: I suspect this will be very profitable. Scaling: I can see Needls being a GREAT option for a business that wants to quickly scale, as you can start at a very low entry point and then quickly bump up as their algo. improves.
