What do you like best?

What do you like best?
I like the ability to have multiple agents, and have the chat appear on the site only when an agent is available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
Reporting and analytics could be improved. Difficult to get help from Needle support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
