Nected is a software that helps us in creating baseline rules for our business and these rules helps us in automatisation of all the work flow that are necessary to run our business. we are able to create day to day systems which are needed to be followed by each and every employee so that a hassle-free process implementation can be done and maximum returns can be generated. Nected is a software which is completely no code based system but for initial implementation and complete documentat configuration the people will need a proper training to set it up for their business and connect with all the business APIs that they are using. The software has made us less dependent on our old tech team which was outsourced now we have our own in house software that handles all the work flow management and necessary decision making and they are being implemented quite faster as we just need to understand some JavaScript and do little modifications. Nected is completely no coding application that helps us in managing multiple softwares with one tool and even without proper knowledge of technicalities and coding languages the application is completely user friendly and works with basic training for employees working on it the software gets easily integrated with Google sheets and lots of other CRMs in no time and this makes the workflow more efficient. Whenever we try to give the software a complex task with lots of finance elements and variables it starts showing its limitations also at the same time whenever a team of 2-3 members work on nected it functions quite well but when we try to deploy a large group for collaboration of different teams working in multiple locations the software start lagging and also shows wrong data outputs on their dashboard. After installing nected in our business there are lots of day to day challanges that it does by itself like to all the new joining customers it send a welcome message from their side and also save their data in our contact list without any manual involvement of of our IT employees, it also give information to our sales team that a new lead has been generated from our social media or website so that we can track them and reach out to them on time. The user interface of this software Nected is simple and also beginner friendly the software has been very useful for technical as well as non technical employee as it does not need professional knowledge of codes for developing new workflows and rules in the business it also makes the work of people working in IT section of our business much smoother and even the new joiners learn to work on it with little training. This software nected only stucks when our developers want to work on complex and logic based tasks, in those software development this platform starts showing lots of limitations also there are limited integrations available with other API if compared to some of its other competition softwares available in the market but the software is budget friendly and not bothering us much till now. The software provides a collaborative platform on which all the teams can discuss about the latest project on which they are working together with collaborative efforts. The best thing about Nected.ai is that it supports building complex logics( Rules, Decision Tables & Rulesets) without coding. Its really easy to use as it has a drag and drop interface to design workflows with branching logic, triggers, and integrations. It even integrates with google spreadsheets which personally i love. If we need more advanced rules or logics we can even embed JavaScript with no code environment or we can say low code environment. Its great tool for non-coders. As it reduces the dependency of writing code again and again whenever there is any update. Like in my Ecommerce company the market team can directly update the pricing rules themselves via nected.ai without needing a developer. The User-Friendly interface and simple to use Workflow Management platform! They simplified its usage so much that you don't need to have prior experience with such softwares or coding but you can still understand how to use it. They even have good tutorials that guide you through their interface as well as templates. You can also contact their customer support who are more than willing to aid you in solving your blockers. Nected makes managing a workflow like a piece of cake, as its no code approach makes everything easy to understand. We've been integrating it with oracle and sql for our databases, and Google Sheets for the rest. Managing all this manually took a lot of time, but using Nected has made us so much more efficient and faster. We tell them about features we are looking for and depending on our needs they expedite it on their roadmap. We asked about adding caching to improve performance on some of the integrations and they released it in a timely manner. We used it as soon as the feature was released, thank you Nected team. We started off using Nected to help us with some of our pricing rules and that is working well for us. Now we will begin using it for some of our routing rules. The platform allows us to move much faster than if we had to do this in house. One thing that really helps is that on the cloud solution, the urls are automatically set up for us in staging and prod and there is no devops work on our side.
