I think it's a great platform, it's fun to see what others are working on and how they are being appreciated. It gives me good ideas on how to be grateful to my team! I like that I can put in a funny GIF, it adds a layer of personality to each post. I also enjoy the variety of what I can redeem my points for! I don't have many yet but it's something to look forward to. It's easy to navigate, and I like that points get reloaded every month for us to recognize each other. The best thing I like in regards to Nectar is being able to send shoutouts to other coworkers, not only for them to be see/be recognized, but others can see the things they do as well!
