I’ve honestly really enjoy using Nectar. Working in a virtual environment, it can be hard to feel connected to coworkers, but this has made a difference. Nectar is difficult to integrate into other platforms. If there was a way to have it embedded with our Google workspace or even embedded in our onboarding, that would be a great feature. I love how user-friendly it is. It's very easy to use and understand how to earn points as well as give points out. I also like the auto-populated hashtags and the ability to add gifs with posts. I wish that their were more GIF options available to add to a message when sending someone a recognition. I would also prefer if we had the ability to select any amount of available points to send, rather than only being able to choose in increments of 5. I find that logging in is not as easy as other platforms used by our company, because nectar does not save my login info and makes me put in my username each time.
