## Nectar Reviews
  ### 1. Convenient, Easy to Use, and Brings Joy to Others

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa R. | Manager of Special Programs, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Convenience and ease of use, not to mention the joy it gives to others!

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

The downside to using it is actually remembering to take the time to use the app. Even though it sends reminders, it doesn't take me directly to the app.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It boosts employee morale. Everyone loves to receive Nectar points.

  ### 2. It's good

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Employee appreciation shoutouts in one location with Gifs, and company-provided money attached. What's not to love?

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Our company's total monthly allowance of 80 points equates to $8, and the lowest meaningful amount to give is about half of that, which gets flagged to our administrator.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee morale was improved, which is benefiting retention rates (theoretically).

  ### 3. Great for Team Recognition, But Unused Points Expire Monthly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittany K. | shipping clerk, Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I like the way it brings employees together and gives us a way to reward our co-workers for doing nice things amongst each other. It is a very good app for getting employees to interact with each other and acknowledging when someone does a good thing for them or someone else in the company. The fact that points can be cashed in for pretty much anything that you want to use it for is also a huge plus!

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

The only thing that I really dislike about Nectar is that each month your points are lost if you don't give them away. Sometimes I have points at the end of the month that are lost because I forget it's the end of the month and forget to give them away, or sometimes I have no reason to give them away at that time because I haven't had any events where I feel the need to give them, so I lose them.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A fun way to get employees to interact with each other and get to know each other by rewarding coworkers for good deeds that they do for each other. It also brings the company morel up because employees are getting to know one another through interacting on the app.

  ### 4. Inspires Team Bonding with an Excellent Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antonio O. | Paid Media Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I really like Nectar's entire system, which incentivizes building a strong workplace culture and creating stronger bonds between coworkers. I also think the user interface its strong and well designed.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I think it's strong overall, but maybe there's a way to make the platform even more interactive. At the moment, I only use it to send Nectar points but given that I tend to give those away around the same time, it means I don't really interact with Nectar for the majority of the month.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar is great for building a strong workplace culture and making me feel more connected to my company, beyond my immediate team. I think it does a great job of encouraging people to be more social, helpful, and resourceful.

  ### 5. Easy to Navigate and Brings Our Sales Team Together

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric L. | Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I really like how easy it is to navigate. It’s an awesome tool for bringing my sales team together and adding a bit of fun along the way.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

So far, I honestly haven’t experienced any downsides.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While it isn’t necessarily a problem, sales teams work extremely hard, and their mindset can dip at different points throughout the day or week. Giving teammates a way to recognize each other for going above and beyond helps build real synergy and camaraderie across the team.

  ### 6. Simple to Use, Lots of Rewards Options and Boosts Employee Morale

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darlyn B. | Editorial Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I like being rewarded for my wellness habits, for my birthday and being able to get gift cards for shopping. We saved $100 on flooring for a bathroom renovation using Nectar points. It's also nice when someone from another department tells you that you did a good job and you get points for that. That made me feel noticed and valued.

I like that it's pretty simple to use. I also like that they have lots of rewards options to choose from.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

For some reason I have to re-log in every month, but that's not a big deal.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it helps build a culture of health and fitness, and it helps with employee morale.

  ### 7. User-Friendly Way to Give Meaningful “Good Job” Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dawne H. | Billing Account Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

It’s a very user-friendly website, and it makes it really easy to give someone a “good job” when they truly deserve it.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Given how easy it is to use, I honestly can’t find anything to dislike.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing positive feedback to my coworkers is something I really value. It feels good to be able to give someone a kind, positive comment quickly, especially when I want to acknowledge their work in the moment.

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Praising employees is one of its best features. I use it on a daily basis, and it’s easy to integrate. And maintaining the streak for every week

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Its really good that i can refer other people to use it.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes gets slower

  ### 9. Easy Coworker Tagging That Makes Peer Recognition Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Easy to tag coworkers, and it is a nice feature for the overall company to recognize their peers in the eyes of everyone. Anyone can do it, and it doesn't just come at the performance evaluation time.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Nothing so far. Maybe a better conversion of our Nectar points to dollars.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognizing my team members and showing appreciation for everyone that is involved in mine and the company's success.

  ### 10. A Brilliant Way to Shout Out Coworkers and Redeem Points on Anything

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristopher S. | Emergent Bilingual Instructional Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

It's a great place to shoutout your coworkers, and you can use the points on basically anything you want. It's brilliant, really.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I wish that I would be automatically logged in when I click on a notification from my email.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You receive recognition and get a little more compensation for your efforts. I like to collect my points, so that benefits my mindset.

  ### 11. Easy Peer Recognition with Fun Rewards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Inehita A. | Teacher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I like being able to receive points from colleagues and redeem them for things like gift cards and other cool items.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

What I dislike about Nectar is that we’re limited in how many points we can give out each cycle.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve my motivation problem. Knowing that my efforts at work can be seen and rewarded helps me keep my motivation high.

  ### 12. Effortless Recognition with a Wide Variety of Rewards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Crystal G. | Claims Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Nectar is easy to use and there is a big selection of prizes, there really is something for everyone. I find myself using Nectar often to thank my coworkers when they do a job. The reminders Nectar sends you also help you stay active on Nectar so it's seamless in my day-to-day use.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

What I dislike the most about Nectar is the selection is actually so big, you'll find it overwhelming.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem Nectar solved for me, is that I am able to thank my coworkers for doing a great job. Sometimes a Thank You is not enough, and Nectar has helped me show my gratitude even more! This has helped me build my relationship with my peers and incentivizes going above and beyond for our clients.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Right now, there is nothing I dislike about Nectar.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar is making it easier for us to shoutout our team members.

  ### 14. Rewarding Worksheets with Great Discounts and Gift Cards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan W. | Teller, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I like how you can do worksheets, and get access to discounts, and gift cards it is very rewarding

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I wish there were more discounts for more stuff. Like maybe more events, or overall shopping like electronics.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves some financial issues with access to gift cards to certain places

  ### 15. Easy, Meaningful Coworker Recognition with Positive Reinforcement

I enjoy the ease at which I can offer acknowledgement to my co-workers for the ways in which they bless me. I also love the positive reinforcement it offers to me on a personal level to take care of myself and get rewarded! The app is easy to use and submission of proof is simple.

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Enhances camaraderie among staff and encourages interaction among staff members. This is especially good for staff who may not otherwise interact on a person-to-person basis.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

No down sides per se, though users should take care to spread the reward points they give among as many staffers as possible to avoid perceptions of favoritism.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to go beyond just a simple "thanks" to a helpful coworker by offering a tangible reward.

  ### 18. Company-Wide Shoutouts Everyone Can See

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa C. | SR Vice President of Academics, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I love being able to give shoutouts that the honoree and their boss can see, along with everyone else in the company.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I’d like to be able to search for a specific employee and see all the shoutouts they’ve received.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides us with a platform to recognize employees, and the recognition is visible to everyone.

  ### 19. Uplifting Team Spirit with Shoutouts, Worth the Extra Effort

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gregory W. | Behavior Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I love the use of the shoutouts to highlight when people do well and the positive atmosphere nectar creates for our team, and then how that translates to direct positive reinforcement of your choosing by redeeming points for things you want or even need!

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Taking the time to remember to go in and make shoutouts for others as it feels like one more thing to do, that said, I think it is definitely worth doing, and everyone at our company seems to really enjoy it!

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has changed simple things in our company that result in huge gains. For example, points are given for being on time to meetings and appointments and since using Nectar, often times people are there before meetings 2-3 minutes and are chatting and engaging with one another. That is valuable team building to hear about co-workers personal lives and make connections outside of the work we do.

  ### 20. Great for Celebrations, But Limited Gift Card Options and Search

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandi T. | Accounts Payable Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

The ability to send shout outs, add points to celebrate someone's birthday or anniversary, and the variety of gift cards offered.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Finding shout-outs can be challenging since there’s no option to search by a person’s name. Additionally, there aren’t any local stores available when it comes to purchasing gift cards. While I’m aware that Visa gift cards are offered, some of them come with fees and can only be used within the US. I had saved up points specifically for an overseas trip, but unfortunately, the Visa and Mastercard gift cards couldn’t be used outside the US. I also wish I could buy a gift card for my local grocery store to help with holiday expenses, but it isn’t available as an option.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we were able to purchase swag for our company, but that feature was discontinued because the product quality did not meet expectations. Since then, we have not seen this option return. I hope Nectar is working to bring it back so we can have access to it once more.

  ### 21. Easy, Meaningful Recognition with Nectar

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shari B. | 504 Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I love that Nectar provides an easy to access platform for reconizing colleagues in an immediate and meaningful way.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

There is no down-side. I find it to be an innovative and useful product in every way.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can be difficult to find ways to motivate and recognize staff across teams, but Nectar makes this process easy.

  ### 22. Nectar Makes Recognition and Positivity Easy Across School Districts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I like that Nectar is a platform used to spread positivity throughout school districts. It allows people to be recognized for being part of the team. It also gives people recognition for their hard work, ideas, creativity, and for simply being amazing.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I don’t have anything negative to say about Nectar.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve the problem of people not feeling that their work is being recognized, or that the type of person they are and how they contribute to the team is being understood and valued.

  ### 23. Fun, Easy Recognition That Boosts Team Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kayla D. | Senior Claims Adjuster, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Nectar is easy to use and a fun way to keep employees involved. Being able to pass kudos to a coworker without having to first go to a lead is wonderful and being able to include funny GIFs also makes my weird little heart happy. I use both the stand alone Nectar app as well as the Microsoft Teams integration, and both are excellent.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Only real downside is the specific dollar amounts that are required to "cash out" for gift cards. For example, only being able to receive a gift card in increments of $5 vs the actual dollar amount you have in rewards. Even then, not a big issue.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More employee recognition, especially from other coworkers. Able to provide real appreciation at the drop of a hat!

  ### 24. Heartwarming Recognition and Easy Rewards with Nectar

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha K. | Secondary Teacher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I love the basis of Nectar. It always warms my heart when I receive a shout-out, and it allows me shout-out my colleagues as well. It goes right to my email, so I always know when I have points to use. The challenges are also a great way to earn perks for things I'm already doing. We use it all the time in our district, and it's very easy to get a hang of things.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I wish there was a wider variety of challenges to complete. I also wish the points we were allotted were a bit more. I'd love to shout-out MORE people, but I only really get 10 points.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar helps me to feel connected with my colleagues. Whether I'm getting or giving a shout-out, I always feel closer when Nectar is used.

  ### 25. Great Rewards with Plenty of Options—Amazon Cards Are a Favorite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Todd W. | teacher with Texas Virtual...PE coach, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

The rewards! Everyone can use the many options you have. I use Amazon cards!

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Maybe the time it takes to send out rewards? Sounds bad, but everyone is so busy.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

hmmmmm....not sure, but it certainly makes you feel appreciated and it's a way to show fellow employees that you appreciate them!

  ### 26. Nectar Makes Recognition Easy and Builds a Positive Work Culture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I love that Nectar promotes a healthy work environment that encourages team members and recognizes their efforts. We’ve all worked in places where we simply clock in and out without receiving any feedback, and it can be discouraging. It’s refreshing to see a company like Nectar that truly values creating a positive and supportive work experience.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I absolutely love Nectar there are no downsides. This is my first time using it, and I have no complaints.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes me feel like a true part of the team. I’ve never worked at a place that uses Nectar before, and it really makes a difference it feels like you matter.

  ### 27. Nectar Makes Employee Rewards Easy, but UI Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kayla G. | FMS billing supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Nectar is a great tool for me to use as a supervisor to reward team members for going above and beyond their rolls. With points that they can use to get items and rewards that they actually want/need it's a win-win for both my company and employees. My team really took well to using this platform and everyone reminds each other to use up their balance by the end of the month.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

User interface could be expanded. Make ease of access by being able to "pin" or "favorite" certain team members that you frequently give to would be nice.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes the reorganization of employees super easy. It is such a great reminder to give my team monthly kudos for jobs well done instead of waiting for yearly reviews. It has also made those easier since I can go though points I have sent out and jog my memory of the great things my team has done over the year.

  ### 28. Easy-to-Use Platform for Positive Colleague Shout-Outs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordyn F. | K-12 Academic Counselor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I love being able to shout out my colleagues in an easy to use platform that shows positivity in the work environment

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

My only complaint about nectar is the difficulty in filtering who’s shout outs I see in such a large company like the one I work for

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar helps keep my team connected and positive. It’s so nice to remind others their impact of our work

  ### 29. Variety, Morale, Community and Encouragement Points—All in an Easy-to-Use Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tonine J. | Teacher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I love the variety Nectar offers, the challenges, the ability to include encouragement as well as points. The ease of use is also benefit, the drag and drop, the ability to hashtag and quick search for coworkers.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I do not have a dislike. Just wish more organizations used it. Work, church, ISD- schools, hospitals, etc.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar boosts morale and build community

  ### 30. Motivating Reward System That Keeps Workers Engaged

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan R. | Station Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

The reward system, gives workers incentive to work towards something

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

That you lose nectar points if you don’t send them out

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel like it’s helping workers with stay motivated including myself

  ### 31. Goal-Aligned Points Make Peer Recognition Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fressy N. | Licensing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

We use points to tie recognition directly to our goals and expectations, which helps keep everyone aligned and motivated. We also use them for peer-to-peer recognition, so teammates can recognize each other, team up, and collaborate more easily.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

We are a multinational company, and in countries like MX there aren’t many options to redeem points. Even so, it still works very well for people over there.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NA

  ### 32. A Fun Way to Recognize Coworkers and Celebrate the Little Wins

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Nectar is a fun way to recognize my coworkers on a platform for the whole company to see! Instead of only recognizing the big milestones, you have the opportunity to recognize the little things too. Plus, it's like giving little gifts!

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Sometimes Nectar glitches or the login does not work, causing my nectar allowance to go to waste. This happened last month, and has happened to my colleagues before too.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar provides a platform for all employees to be recognized, no matter what rank! Receiving nectar recognitions from my coworkers brings me joy and a sense of accomplishment and support.

  ### 33. Fosters Community and Recognition—A Must-Have Platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth J. | Claims Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I really appreciate the sense of community this platform fosters within our company. It's wonderful to see hard work being recognized—not just my own, but also that of my colleagues. I highly recommend it, and it has become a fantastic way for me to reward myself as a busy, hardworking mom and wife. My Nectar rewards are truly just for me!

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I truly hope a direct deposit feature into my bank account becomes available, or perhaps a dedicated Nectar card where the funds could be transferred directly. It would be great if this could be offered as an option in the future.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate how easy it is to quickly send shout outs and rewards to individuals who truly deserve recognition.

  ### 34. Easy to Use Boards with Flexible Recognition Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris S. | Director - Revenue Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

The public and private boards are nice. The ability to recognize without adding to the leaderboard is a great feature. Easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Some of the Gift Card selection is limited for my liking but you can do a visa or MC if you want something different.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having an easy-to-use, engaging platform for peer-to-peer recognition is now standard. We needed a simple solution with robust features that could integrate seamlessly into our culture of recognition. Nectar does that.

  ### 35. Easy for Employees and Admins, with Helpful Spend Estimates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Ease of use on the employee and Admin side of the tool

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

It's hard to gauge the overall estimated spend when you are trying to budget. That's not a tool problem but likely something more fine tuning/reporting could help with. We have been given estimated data

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee engagement and recognition. Our IN employees enjoy it much more than our US employees, but I think that is more cultural than anything else.

  ### 36. Fosters a Culture of Gratitude and Recognition

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Expressions of Gratitude and Recognition of Achievements!

In this section, we will take the time to acknowledge the contributions and efforts of those who have made a significant impact. We will recognize individuals and teams who have gone above and beyond in their roles, highlighting their valuable contributions and celebrating their successes. This is an opportunity to show our appreciation and to foster a culture of recognition and encouragement within our community.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

There aren't enough points available to give or receive.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar corrected an error to assist me with my gift card purchase using my points.

  ### 37. Simple, Fun Way to Send Coworker Accolades

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mica V. | System Tester, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I like its simplicity and that you can send accolades to coworkers.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I think it would be nice if the points lasted longer, or if it were easier to roll them over when you’re not able to spend them.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar solves the problem of directly awarding coworkers and supervisors. That benefits me by giving me an easy path to send rewards.

  ### 38. Exactly what every company needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris W. | Manager of Solutions Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Nectar is a really awesome way to acknowledge your coworkers in a fun and engaging way. Many companies have a peer-to-peer recognition software or method but it is pretty much always clunky or difficult to use so employees don't use it. Nectar fixes that problem and then some. Not only is it easy to use, but it's also fun to use with the integration of gifs. I appreciate being able to break up your allowance into into many chunks to shower numerous coworkers with praise or appreciation. Our entire company uses Nectar and not sporadically. There are always points flying around all the time.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I wish there was a way to send back points to someone who gave you points in the comments of the thread. Like if someone is like "thanks for doing a good job on this! +100" I'd like to be able to comment back like "hey, thanks for the help with it +50"

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar replaces the old clunky way we did peer-to-peer recognition. Our old way was via salesforce which as you can imagine was a nightmare.

It's benefiting not just me but the whole company. We're remote so it's hard to give what feels like genuine praise via an email or chat. Nectar provides a bit more body to what sometimes feels like passive praise.

  ### 39. Brought Our Team Together with a Fun, Appreciative Workplace Culture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose S. | Rv service tech, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

It helped maintain a fun workplace environment and really brought everyone together as a team, while also encouraging us to show appreciation for each other’s help.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

To be honest nothing it was making work fun and there is Really nothing to dislike

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar has been helping in the workplace because it lets me show appreciation in a way that goes beyond simply saying, “thank you for your help,” when a team member supports me.

  ### 40. Shoutouts, Points, and Good Vibes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raquel W. | CRC, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Honestly, I really like using Nectar. It’s super easy to use—I didn’t need anyone to explain it to me, I just logged in and started sending shoutouts.

I usually use it a few times a week to give coworkers some recognition or just say thanks when someone helps me out. It’s cool seeing everyone hyping each other up—it definitely adds some good vibes to the workday.

Getting recognized feels good too, not gonna lie. And the rewards are a nice bonus (there’s actually stuff I want to redeem points for).

Overall, it’s simple, fun, and makes work feel a bit more positive.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Sometimes the point limits make it hard to recognize as many coworkers as I’d like. Would be nice to have a bit more flexibility.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar helps make recognition part of our everyday work. It’s a quick, easy way to shout out coworkers, and it really boosts team morale. People feel more appreciated and motivated.

  ### 41. Easy Challenges and Points Make Earning Rewards Simple

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher S. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I like that I can complete challenges and earn points to earnmoney.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I don’t like that the earning threshold is so low. At Carrier, I used a health platform called Personify, and I racked up around $500 just by getting healthier.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar is engaging me in completing activities that are connecting me to the company and that are good for me. It is essentially encouraging healthy good behaviors and connecting employees together.

  ### 42. Varied Point Redemption Options That Keep Us Motivated

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angy M. | Property analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I like the variety of options available for redeeming points, and I feel they help with motivation, since work can sometimes be stressful

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Some options are only available in the USA, and as a remote worker, I would like you to consider including other countries

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my personal case, I was able to buy a better office chair after receiving some points as a reward from my company. It was very rewarding to have Nectar so I could redeem the points and improve my workspace

  ### 43. A great uniting interactive experience with many perks and benefits.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam S. | Credit Specialist II, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I love how people who work remotely can show appreciation to other colleagues within our company. I find Nectar easy to use and navigate. I like how Nectar with notify a person when they are about to have expiring points and also how easy it is to access.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I think that the turn around for acquiring points should be more frequent. It takes a while to accumulate points to receive a decent gift. Also, I think it benefits people work do not work remotely because they have more of a personal connect with collogues in the office and therefore tend to utilize it more frequently.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar is helping with allowing employees the opportunity to connect. After Covid we have seen a major increase in remote work causing interacting and showing appreciation to be difficult. Nectar allows you to send points and appreciate employees for a job well done or to simply give them a gift for an anniversary. It brings employees within an organization closer and also gives employees an incentive to do their best so they have a chance to be rewarded.

  ### 44. Thinking about using Nectar? DO IT! Nectar is AMAZING!!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Seth D. | Culinary Instructor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Nectar HR is an outstanding platform for recognizing and rewarding employees who go above and beyond their job descriptions. It strikes the perfect balance between being professional and personal, making recognition feel both meaningful and genuine — you can’t help but use it often! Giving Nectar points to coworkers is truly rewarding; it’s such a simple, yet impactful, way to show appreciation and motivate others. On the flip side, receiving points is incredibly encouraging — a tangible reminder that your hard work is seen and valued. Nectar is so easy to use that it’s become part of my daily workflow.

The platform is very user-friendly, and implementation was smooth and straightforward. It integrates easily with other workplace tools, and customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. I also love the thoughtful design — for example, when you’re typing a shoutout, the system turns green once you’ve written a strong message, which is such a fun and motivating touch. The “Rewards Shop” is another highlight, offering a huge variety of options to redeem points. Personally, I’ve even used my Nectar points to help book several BnB stays for vacations, which has been an amazing perk.

Overall, Nectar HR makes recognition effortless, engaging, and rewarding. With its easy integration, rich features, and supportive team, it’s a must-have tool for any organization that values appreciation, motivation, and positive company culture.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

There is little to dislike about Nectar; however, when completing challenges, I wish the algorithm would bump those down in the feed to show the person-to-person shoutouts first. I think it would help add more of a positive feeling, seeing all of the shoutouts first!

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar HR is solving the challenge of consistent and meaningful employee recognition. In many workplaces, great work often goes unnoticed or isn’t celebrated in a timely way — Nectar changes that by making appreciation easy, visible, and part of everyday culture. It provides a simple platform for giving and receiving recognition that feels both professional and personal.

For me, this has created a more positive and motivating work environment. It’s rewarding to give points to coworkers who go above and beyond, and equally encouraging to receive them. The built-in “Rewards Shop” adds even more value, turning recognition into tangible benefits. Overall, Nectar helps strengthen team morale, improves engagement, and makes recognition something everyone looks forward to.

  ### 45. A Simple, Systematic Way to Recognize Each Other

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim Y. | VP of Wealth Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

It allows an easy way for us to recognize each other in a systematic way

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

We need more reward options to choose from but I know we are working on this as a firm

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the problem of being able to easily recognize team members we don't interact with on a regular basis. Allows us to recognize them from a distance.

  ### 46. Effortless Employee Recognition with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arturo P. | Business Process Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I love that we can get to recognize employees on a daily basis for taking actions aligned with our core values. Something that before would go without little to no recognition, now we can do a shoutout so the company knows.
It's super simple to use, and the onboarding was quick and easy.
Lastly a shoutout to their customer support. I have contacted them a few times, and they are quick to answer and provide a quick solution to my issue or question. I highly recommend Nectar!

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Nothing that I can think ok right now. I know that there are some cool features that are behind a paywall, but we are happy with the ones we have!

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team engagement and culture for Local and Remote employees.

  ### 47. A Fun Way to Recognize Co-Workers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristina C. | Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

The ability to recognize co-workers in a fun environment.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

It was not very intuitive to use the first few times. The first time I used it I actually ended up giving away some of my personal points by mistake.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to easily show appreciative for anyone at any level of the organization. It allows for a small gesture of kindness that really helps with morale.

  ### 48. Building a Culture of Appreciation from Anywhere

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea J. | Intake Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

What I find most valuable about Nectar is its ability to foster connection and recognition in a remote work environment. It provides an accessible platform to express appreciation and award points to colleagues, even when we don’t interact in person. I also appreciate the opportunity to read and engage with others’ recognition posts, as it helps build a sense of community and reinforces a culture of appreciation across the team.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I think Nectar is a wonderful platform!
One enhancement that could improve the user experience would be the ability to access gift cards directly within the app, rather than locating them through email.

I wouldn’t consider this a true dislike—more of an opportunity to make an already great tool even better.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While working from home and not having in person connections with other remote coworkers Nectar encourages a culture of appreciation and engagement by allowing you to see and celebrate others’ successes

  ### 49. Fun, Rewarding Teammate Points System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clorina P. | Customer Service Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I really enjoy being able to give my teammates points so they can earn something later on.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I takes a long time to access the website. Nothing else other than that.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems other than loading time with the website.

  ### 50. Nectar Point Losses and Public Recognition Create Workplace Conflict

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natasha A. | LA MESA RV ASSOCIATE, Automotive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

IT IS OKAY. NOT USER FREINDLY. I DO LIKE BEING ABLE TO SHARE GRATITUDE WITH MY PEERS.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

NECTAR STEALS MY POINTS TO GIVE AND DOES NOT REINBURST BACK MY POINTS TO GIVE. I DO NOT LIKE THAT EVERYONE CAN SEE WHO ANYONE GIVES POINTS TO. IT CAUSES CONFLICT IN THE WORKPLACE!

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i DO NOT KNOW WHAT PROBLEMS NECTAR IS SOLVING. THIS IS A COMPANY MANDATED TOOL USED TO SHARE GRATITUDE WITH WORK PEERS.
