I think that the best features of Nectar are in the UI. The dashboard is so easy to use and navigate. Posting updates is as simple as checking the boxes below when you're recognizing a coworker, which makes the integration with Slack so smooth. You don't feel like posting in Slack, okay... go to the Nectar website and use that dashboard instead as both work without issue.
