## Nectar Reviews
  ### 1. A Fun, Meaningful Way to Recognize Staff with Rewards They Actually Want

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kimberly D. | Middle School Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I love that I can praise my staff, and they can use those points to redeem things they actually want.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I do not like that points renew every month, I think weekly would be better

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Culture: it helps lift staff culture.

  ### 2. Nectar Makes Team Recognition Easy, Visible, and Real-Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I like how Nectar makes recognition simple and visible across the entire team. It helps people feel appreciated in the moment, rather than only during annual reviews, and it keeps that sense of appreciation more consistent day to day.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Overall, it’s a strong platform, but there’s still room to improve the consistency of engagement and to expand the reward options, which would make it even more impactful.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar helps address the issue of recognition being inconsistent or sometimes overlooked. It provides a more structured way to acknowledge contributions, which makes me feel more valued and more aware of the impact my work has on the team.

  ### 3. Easy to Use and Flexible Award Distribution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

It's easy to use and navigate through. I like how you can split up the award amount however you want each month vs a set amount per shoutout. This way, a coworker that goes above and beyond can get a big shoutout!
When you choose a gift card payout, getting it within an hour is also super helpful. In fact, I think I got most of mine within about 10 minutes! This way I can print, go, and use it right away.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

The point values are pretty low (1 point is 10 cents) - so even if I sent a shoutout of all my nectar at once and it seems awesome like 50 points yay!! it's only $5.
The amount we get per month is also low ($5 to send out and that's IF I send it all at once - normally I try to split into 10 for 5 coworkers which is literally $1 and feels really cheap).
I wish points rolled over - I've been caught forgetting about using them until near the end of the month and then I went on vacation and forgot to send any and just lost em. That way when I come back, I can send them! Or build up to send someone a really nice shoutout.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with employee engagement and recognition from fellow coworkers, as opposed to being just from managers.

  ### 4. Nectar for employee engagement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christina S. | HR Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Nectar has been an incredibly helpful platform for building a culture of appreciation within our organization. The most helpful aspect is how easy it makes peer-to-peer recognition. Team members can quickly give shout-outs and meaningful recognition to one another, which has helped boost morale, strengthen cross-team relationships, and create a more positive workplace atmosphere.

Another major upside is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. It integrates seamlessly into our daily workflow, which makes participation easy and consistent. The ability to attach points to recognition is also a big plus — it adds an extra layer of excitement and gives employees tangible rewards for their contributions.

We’ve also found the automated celebrations for birthdays and work anniversaries especially valuable. It ensures no milestone goes unnoticed, and it takes the pressure off managers to manually track and remember these dates.

Overall, Nectar has been a simple yet powerful way to encourage appreciation, celebrate achievements, and promote a stronger sense of community across our team.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

While Nectar has been a great addition overall, its impact depends heavily on consistent participation — if engagement dips, the platform’s value can lessen. We’ve also found that building and launching challenges could be more intuitive; the process can feel a bit cumbersome compared to how seamless the recognition features are.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Nectar, recognition often happened inconsistently and mostly in silos — some teams were great at celebrating wins, while others rarely did. Nectar has helped solve this by creating a centralized, easy-to-use platform where recognition is visible across the entire organization.

It’s breaking down those silos by encouraging cross-team appreciation and helping people feel seen for their contributions, no matter their role or location. This has improved morale, strengthened connections between colleagues, and reinforced our core values in day-to-day work.

It has also solved the challenge of tracking milestones like birthdays and work anniversaries, which used to be time-consuming to manage manually. Automated reminders and celebrations ensure no one is overlooked, which helps employees feel valued and supported.

Overall, Nectar has turned recognition into a consistent, organization-wide practice — building a stronger, more positive culture and boosting engagement in the process.

  ### 5. Nectar Makes Recognition Easy and Fast

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I like how easy Nectar is to use. I enjoy being able to quickly make a post and send points to my colleagues.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

How long it takes to redeem your gift card. You should be able to redeem it in your account or directly to your email.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar helps me make my team feel appreciated and recognized.

  ### 6. Great Perks and Discounts That Build Team Camaraderie

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

I have not noticed a downside as of yet.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not necessarily a problem, but again, I like the engagement with team members i may otherwise not interact with much.

  ### 7. Nectar: Easy, Fun, Encouraging

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michele J. | Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Our employee recognition program has quickly become one of the highlights of our workplace culture. What makes it stand out is how incredibly easy it is to use. The platform is intuitive from the start—you don’t need training or extra time to figure it out. With just a few clicks, you can celebrate a teammate’s contribution, recognize a milestone, or share appreciation in a way that feels meaningful.

But ease isn’t the only win—it’s also genuinely fun. The program brings energy and positivity into everyday work. Whether it’s sending a quick shout-out, adding a playful note, or watching recognition messages ripple across the team, the experience sparks joy. It transforms recognition from a checkbox activity into something people look forward to.

The best part is how it encourages everyone—not just managers—to participate. That inclusivity builds connection and creates a culture where recognition is shared, authentic, and part of the daily rhythm.

Overall, this program has made it effortless to show gratitude while adding an element of fun that keeps our team engaged and motivated.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Some experienced issues with the initial login.
Does not accept a lot of GIFs - compatibility issue.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps bridge the gap with employess that work remote. Incrase moral with in the Team.

  ### 8. Celebrating Successes Together with an Easy-to-Use Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caroline F. | Group Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Nectar is a great way for our group to share successes & celebrations with our colleagues in a like-minded community of adults supporting our students. I appreciate that Nectar gives us the opportunity to have points each month that we can share with one another when sending a shout-out. I also find the system / app easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Some of our colleagues are not as tech-savy and can't access their accounts often and don't know how or can't use the app.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm not aware of any problems or issues that Nectar is helping us solve other than keeping us in communication more often with one another, maybe.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

There is nothing that I could say that I dislike about Nectar.

  ### 11. A Simple, Engaging Recognition Tool for a Widely Spread Team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley W. | HR Specialist - Talent Development and Engagement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Our employees enjoy the points system and rewards catalog, it’s motivating to see recognition tied to tangible rewards, but even more importantly, it creates a culture of appreciation. Engagement across our teams has gone up since implementing it. What I like most is the transparency: everyone can see and celebrate the recognition happening across the company. It breaks down silos and makes people feel noticed, no matter what role they’re in.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

If I had one suggestion, it would be to expand customization options a bit more for reporting and analytics, but overall Nectar delivers exactly what we needed, an accessible, modern recognition platform that helps reinforce our culture.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of recognition – In many workplaces, employees feel their hard work goes unnoticed. Nectar makes recognition visible and frequent.

Disconnected teams – Especially in hybrid or multi-office settings, people don’t always see or celebrate what others are doing. Nectar bridges that gap.

Low engagement – Without a way to consistently highlight contributions, employees can disengage. Nectar encourages daily recognition and boosts morale.

One-sided recognition – Traditional recognition often comes only from managers. Nectar empowers peer-to-peer recognition, so appreciation flows in every direction.

Inconsistent rewards – Points and perks keep recognition meaningful and fair across the organization.

Feeling valued – Employees know their efforts are seen and appreciated, not just during reviews but in real time.

Stronger connections – Seeing and giving shout-outs helps people feel more connected to coworkers across offices and teams.

Motivation & morale – Small wins are celebrated, which builds momentum and keeps spirits high.

Tangible rewards – Points translate into gift cards or other perks, giving employees an extra reason to stay engaged.

Culture of appreciation – Over time, recognition becomes a natural part of the workplace, improving overall satisfaction and retention.

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I like the wide variety of choices in gift cards and other rewards available. Additionally, although I haven't personally used them, I know several people who have been able to get great discounts using the discounts available as well. The app is easy to use to send Nectar to others and include personalization in the comments being sent with the shout out.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I don't like how points don't match dollars, so you can end up with odd amounts of points you can't use. Would be better it is was even at a point = dollar type set up. Only thing I can really think of as a negative.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

n/a

It creates a real sense of community and team cohesion.

The rewards catalog is another big plus — I can redeem points for gift cards, company swag, or even custom options, which makes the recognition feel more meaningful. The fact that rewards are customizable keeps it from feeling like a one-size-fits-all perk.

Overall, Nectar makes recognition fun and consistent, and it’s had a positive impact on our team culture.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Recognition can feel inconsistent. Sometimes not everyone uses it regularly, so the experience feels a bit uneven.

In many workplaces, people do good work but don’t always hear “thank you.” Nectar gives an easy, visible way for both peers and managers to recognize contributions.

I like to have the opportunity to give shout outs to colleagues. The fact that we can purchase item or gift cards with the point we receive is a bonus.

I like being able to recognize and be recognized for the work that we do with Nectar. I enjoy being able to choose how I cash in my points. I also enjoy learning everyone’s birthday and work anniversary from the shoutouts made by HR. The setup was easy, which was great.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Although I understand the security features, the verification and lockouts due to inactivity can be annoying. If you are not active for 3 months you have to be reunited by HR.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nectar for HR employee recognition. I like recognizing and being recognized for work and choosing how to cash in points. It lets everyone acknowledge contributions and learn about birthdays and anniversaries.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jaxson h. | DTS, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I can shout out my co workers for doing good work ect. and even dispense them tokens which they can actually use on real life things, keeping gifting to people i don't know business casual and gives everybody something to look forward to when a good shoutout comes there way on an email.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I dont have a whole lot i can say about my dislikes of nectar, but if i had to say one thing it would be that maybe an idea for the future could be the ability to record a short voice memo to upload and send to be able to verbally appreciate your co workers. sometimes hearing something can feel even better than just reading it.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar is solving a problem that persists in remote jobs, lack of engagement. to shout someone out you dont see often for doing their job well and to be able to be a little extra funny or put in a funny gif to give someone a chuckle on the inside can really go a long way, even if that person didn't do anything special other than what they were expected to do.

  ### 24. Easy to Use and Great for Team Appreciation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miranda H. | IHS Program Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Nectar is very easy to use. I enjoy sending shout outs to my team members and think it is a good way to show appreciation without being in your face or in front of a group. I enjoy the point system and like the many options that the points can be used on.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I tend to forget that I have Nectar points still available to send. Nectar does send out emails that you have unused points but not until the end of the month. I would benefit from a quick reminder in the middle of the month as well.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar helps with sending out appreciation without brining lots of attention to someone. It provides collaboration between team members by being able to send a shout out to multiple people at the same time.

I love giving and receiving shout outs. It feels good to recognize and be recognized. And I really love the options for gift cards as well!

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

The platform is mostly easy to navigate, but only negative I can think of is when I want to look for my past shout outs, I can only find these when looking at past notifications. It would be nice to have a button to look at my past activity.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't had any issues

  ### 27. Great for Recognition, But Nectar Points Aren't Always Enough

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I like that it provides us with a way to celebrate and recognize our coworkers.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

The nectar points add up over time, but in reality there aren't many things that I can use them on that would be helpful for me. I appreciate the acknowledgement, but the points themselves are only partially helpful.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our job doesn't have many avenues for reward or recognition. Nectar is the only way that we are able to celebrate each other.

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike.

Nectar is helping us solve the challenge of keeping employee recognition consistent and meaningful, especially in a hybrid/remote environment. ### 32. Flexible Benefits and Effortless Gift Card Redemption

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler H. | Customer Care, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Nectar has given me the flexibility to choose how I want to use my benefits, simply sending me a gift card that I can redeem with whichever company I prefer. Before using Nectar, we had a prepaid gift card that was difficult to use and came with a lot of fees.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Nectar has caused me to spend more at Amazon and has made it necessary for me to keep my Amazon Prime membership, since I often receive items for free through the program.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar has made it possible for me to earn rewards regularly, and I find them straightforward to redeem and use wherever I value them most.

  ### 33. Nectar Makes Shoutouts and Celebrations a Joy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George H. | Self Employed, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

The gratitude I can share with colleagues and the feedback I can get from them

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

That it takes so many points to receive rewards and that there's limited monthly points to give maybe a little more allowance per month

Being able to communicate gratitude to others

  ### 35. Fast, Fun Recognition That Boosts Team Morale Instantly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gwen S. | Junior Sales Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Recognition is fast and fun - takes just seconds to send praise, and it helps boost team morale and keeps everyone feeling appreciated! Very easy to learn as well and I am on there almost daily.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

My only dislike with Nectar is sending points to multiple people—it takes extra clicks and you have to keep searching for each person. It would be great if recipients stayed visible and the points automatically totaled when sending to multiple people.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar gives a sense of connection among employees, even when they are working from various locations. The platform’s regular recognition features help keep teams motivated and engaged, ensuring that employees feel valued and acknowledged for all their contributions.

  ### 36. 15 Years of Management. Currently GM of Merchandise for Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex D. | GM of Merchandise, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

All employees of our company can see individual shoutouts. We have many different departments who often don't see what work others do. Employees being praised for specific work where all can see goes a step above giving it in a one on one setting.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Often forget at the end of the month to send shoutouts/use up rest of points available to give. Would like a small window after the end of the month to use carry over points.

On the app, it would be nice to not have to type all of the required fields in the shoutout section. For instance, a field to enter name/points/values. Then be able to type the shoutout. I have had to retype the entire shout out if I ever have to go back and retype a section (it refreshes and clears it out).

Also, a way to view the total # of shout outs each employee has received/how many shout outs they've been given per value. Even a running leaderboard based on value for entire company

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employees' feeling appreciated for their work, others can see that as well.

  ### 37. Boosts Employee Recognition and Motivation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse S. | Sr. Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I like that Nectar encourages us to recognize the work of our employees, which is important. I also value the shout outs and the ability to give credit to team members for their contributions. Additionally, it's great that we can give them a monetary benefit as well. I appreciate the integration with Slack, which sends us notifications whenever someone gets recognized.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

No dislikes

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar makes it easier to provide kudos and recognize employees, motivating us to use and share points due to a monthly balance. It also simplifies redeeming rewards with its easy platform and various options.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Recognizing coworkers in a meaningful way

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

It's really hard to find shoutouts in the feed because the company is so big. There's no way to see shoutouts I've given other people, nor an easy way to find the collection of shoutouts given to me.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognizing employees and coworkers; this benefits me because it's an easy system to thank others for their hard work without having to spend money to appreciate someone

  ### 43. Simple Colleague Recognition That Builds Community, but Rewards Take Time

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

It is a simple way to recognize colleagues, which in turn builds community.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I do not have that many points to give away, so it takes a while for people to build up enough points to redeem for something.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it is nice having the option to recognize colleagues, which builds community. This is helpful when working in a virtual setting.

  ### 44. Intuitive, Fast, and Powerful AI—A Joy to Use

It’s helpful for giving recognition to employees who truly deserve it.

  ### 45. Fantastic Employee Recognition Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua L. | Director, RCM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Nectar is a easy and fun tool to use for recognition. I love that I can give recognition in the moment, and it helps connect success to a tangible reward for my team. The system is good about reminding me when I've gone a while without recognizing someone, which helps keep the tool top of mind. I've found myself logging in daily, not to give recognition, but to see what people are recognizing each other for.

I also love that we can connect our core values to the recognition, which helps develop the "why" for what we are doing at our company and gives a better sense of purpose to the work. It doesn't hurt that we can also attach GIFs which add a lighthearted sense of humor to each post.

What has been most interesting, though, is how I have heard employees talk about giving Nectar points when they see something helpful a coworker has done. The system has become a regular part of their day as well, and they clearly enjoy the ability to recognize each other on the platform.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I honestly don't have any complaints about the site. It's easy to use, popular with our staff, and an excellent tool for recognition.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar allows me to give tangible rewards in a timely manner when I see good work or when my team succeeds in a goal we have set.

  ### 46. Fun, Cute GIFs Make Nectar a Great Place to Give Colleagues Credit

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy N. | Service Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I like how Nectar has a lot of fun and cute gifs and how it's a good place to give credit where it's due to colleges. It's also easy to use and the font is easy to read on the site.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I feel like the interface is kind of plain.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel like it is helping with saying thank you to coworkers and people I work with. It is benefitting me because they can get rewards with those points.

  ### 47. So Easy to Use!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dyan H. | Library Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I love how easy it is to use. From the initial set up of my account to sending a shoutout to a coworker. I love the app and the ability to upload my photos right away to complete my challenges. I love that it gives me something to work towards every day and I use it more since it's right at my fingertips!

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I wish I didn't have to re-login as frequently. I'm not sure if that is an app issue or a firewall/security issue within my organization.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love the daily challenges. I remember to hydrate more often so that I can reach my daily goal as well as my step count. I've made goals for myself simply by using the app.

  ### 48. Fun and easy way to recognize colleagues

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles P. | Field Service Engineer, Biotechnology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Nectar has proven invaluable as a way I can show colleagues my appreciation, especially when they go the extra mile to do things the right way or to make my job a little easier. Similarly, it feels great to be appreciated. Also, it’s fun to see how my colleagues have helped each other recently. Once you’re logged in, it is intuitive to give recognition, and the gift card store is similarly easy to use for when I want to redeem points I’ve received. The app reminds me to recognize colleagues weekly as long as I’m consistent with my recognitions.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I don’t love the login experience. I usually access the app from my mobile and pivoting between the app to get the authorization code out of my work email is just unpleasant enough to score an eye roll for me - multi factor authentication integrates nicely on my devices and would be preferable. I don’t think users always “get” what Nectar points are for, but that may be more of an issue at my employer than a function of Nectar itself. As an example, one of my colleagues received Nectar points from coworkers as a wedding present, which felt out of the scope of what Nectar is for, and also cheap!

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar helps me express my appreciation to my colleagues and reminds me that I’m appreciated by my colleagues for my contributions.

  ### 49. Nectar’s Ease of Use Makes Recognition Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samara C. | Teacher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I enjoy the ease of use for the nectar application!

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I dislike the fact that you can't recognize a person with a large amount of points awarded.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar allows me to recognize and encourage my peers while providing meaningful incentives.

  ### 50. Effortless Recognition That Strengthens Team Culture

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany G. | Director, Workforce Development and Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Nectar makes it easy to recognize and appreciate my coworkers. The platform makes giving shout-outs simple and meaningful, and it really helps strengthen our culture of appreciation at Focus: HOPE.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I don’t dislike much, but I do wish the platform loaded a little faster and had a more streamlined layout.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform gives everyone a simple, centralized way to acknowledge achievements, highlight teamwork, and celebrate our wins. Nectar has helped solve for a lack of visibility into employee accomplishments, inconsistent recognition between teams and gaps in morale or employee engagement. Colleagues feel like their milestones and special moments are recognized across the board.
