## Nectar Reviews
  ### 1. Meaningful Recognition and Rewards for Teachers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexia R. | Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I like the praise we as teachers can finally get. And be rewarded with something we actually want.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I want it to count for more money when I get awards.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar is building good work environment.

  ### 2. Sweet Buzz for Nectar

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allison S. | Loan Servicing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

When I was introducted to Nectar, I was concerned that it was on more thing to have to think about. That is not the case at all. It is an incredibly simple way to implement positivity in the workplace.

It is very easy to use Nectar. A nice feature is that I receive reminders via email that I have an allowance and to use my points to reward one another. I like how it prompts me to build my "shoutout". It incorporates my company's values as well as emjois and GIFS. It is nicely displayed like a post. Once the post has been made the recipient receives an email notification.

I really like that this is something in which all employees can participate and give one another a shout out. Esepcially being work from home, we don't see each other a lot. This is a nice way let one another know we are present and appreciate each other.

I have not had to use customer support, but I when I was approached to provide a review I received a nice response and that was encouraging, welcoming and appreciated.

I use Nectar about 1-2 times a month. It is nice that it reminds me that I have points to share. They can be used for work annivesaries, birthdays, or for simply just appreciating your peers at work. It is so easy to integrate during my work day.

Most importantly, it is easy to redeem points. There are so many choices to choose from.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I wish the rewards were just a little easier to obtain. I know peers in my deparment will give one another points, but our monthly allowance to give is lower. Unless there is an annivesary or special milestone, we don't really have enough to redeem a giftcard. I think if maybe reward values were a little bit lower that people would be more likely to participate.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since most of us work from home, it helps us to show that we are still supportive of one another. We can still present even if we are not phsically in the same environment.

  ### 3. Great Recognition Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacqueline W. | Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I like that I can recognize staff and co workers for everyone to see. I think it also helps to boost morale and confidence for performing well. I like that you can assign points that can be used to collect various rewards. I think it is a good way to incentivize. I like that the points for supervisors was increased from 10 per month to 100 per month. I also like that I can boost some of my points to hand out as needed. It is very easy to use and I also like that you can add a GIF to add some extra smiles.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I think when someone is recognizing another person they should have to enter a comment as to why. I receive emails stating that one of my employees was recognized and when I view it there are no comments. I would like to know why they were recognized. It does not have to be detailed but some type of comment would help. ie: Jane helped me with a difficult account. I like to note in my teams monthly updates that they received nectar points and the reason why.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think the problem Nectar is solving is recognition for a job well done. I don't think we always remember to say that to someone but you can by using Nectar. I think it benefits me by recognizing my staff and others that work in other areas to let them know that their contributions do not go unnoticed.

  ### 4. Fun Rewards That Make People Feel Special

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** valeria v. | Bilingial staffing specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Rewards are always fun and makes a person feel special when you are either giving them out or receiving them

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

You only get 50 points each month, even though you might want to give everyone a shout-out who has really helped you get through a tough day or helped you out in a situation.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being more supportive.

  ### 5. A Great Daily Motivator That Reinforces Positive Habits

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

It’s a great way to motivate coworkers to do better every day. It feels like a small reward for doing the right things and helps reinforce positive habits at work.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Having to set point limits is the worst part of Nectar. It’s supposed to be a reward system, so setting low limits for people who are doing a great job—and then being forced to distribute points to people who aren’t doing a good job and don’t deserve them—defeats the purpose.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It demonstrates that management is paying attention to the work you put in and shows that it’s being acknowledged.

  ### 6. Great way to recognize co-workers !

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Denvr R. | Quality Assurance Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I really like the updated features of Nectar. It feels like a social media platform, so it is user friendly. I love being able to use GIFs, emojis, and #'s.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I do not like that I am unable to search Nectar feed. For example, if my co-worker leaves a shoutout for someone, I am unable to easily find their post and make a comment. It would be really nice to have a 'search' function added. Additionally, I do not like the 'private' feature. The point of nectar is a public shoutout platform. Others should be able to see the praise given.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar is a small incentive that helps promote employee engagement. We have offered nectar a few times during a calibration when we needed a volunteer and no one stepped up. Nectar also helps spread the love by reminding us to shoutout our peers every once in a while. We never know what someone is going through and even a small shout of encouragement could brighten their day.

  ### 7. Celebrates Achievements and Fosters Team Connection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I really enjoy connecting with my peers and witnessing everyone celebrate both major and minor accomplishments. I also appreciate that we receive reminders about our colleagues' birthdays, which helps us remember to make them feel valued on their special day. It’s always exciting when someone awards me points, as I can redeem them for company merchandise or choose from the wide selection of gift cards that Nectar provides from a wide variety of companies.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I can honestly say that I have not experienced any problems or found anything I would want to change about it.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everyone has the chance to see a different side of people they might not usually get to know. It also helps foster connections and makes people feel valued.

  ### 8. Manager views of Nectar

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa J. | Sr. Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I enjoy being able to give call outs to my team, peers, and other areas who assist with bigger initiatives and allow them to be recognized. As a manager, I also enjoy seeing the individual callouts of my team. I see them reward/thank each other as thank you's given from the business teams they support. I'm not involved in the day to day of every single person so when they are recognized it is a good reminder of their work and how others perceive them.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I don't always understand the point system. I seem to have an allotment I can give out, or redeem some of my own to give others but would like a better understanding of how the points work and do they roll over each month etc.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to give public attention to my own team and others. Though I am always prompt on giving kudos to those that are excelling or helpful with projects, the public forum gives the staff the ability for other units to also view that person's hard work.

  ### 9. Nectar has been a great way to give recognition at work no matter where you're located

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawnda B. | Collector, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

What I like most is the ability to recognize people within the company no matter what state we live in because we interact with so many different departments & it's nice to be able to recognize their efforts without the only option being verbally and/ or in person to do so

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

The only issue I've come across is when I go to login at times it does seem to take a longer time to bring up the login screen than it used to...nothing like 5 or 10 min but it used to load immediately now it buffers for about 30 seconds to a min before loading the login screen

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do think it helps with the morale for employees especially on the private credit side where monthly goals can be tough to accomplish at times. Nectar definitely is a good way to provide encouragement and give a boost in morale

  ### 10. Easy, Meaningful Coworker Rewards with Nectar

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindy K. | Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I like the fact that we can reward our coworkers for their hard work and efforts easily and they can then use those points and treat themselves!

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

There really isn't anything I don't like about nectar at this point in time.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar really just helps to boost everyone's confidence and put a smile on people's faces knowing that the work they are doing is being acknowledged and appreciated!

  ### 11. Empowers Team Recognition with Flexible Monthly Allowance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge B. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

The functionality, the monthly allowance and how it lets me give it to teammates

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

This could be improved if it allowed users to allocate different amounts for a shoutout. For example, I had 40 points left and wanted to distribute them as 15, 15, and 10, since that was all I had. It would also be helpful if there was an option to borrow from the next month's points in situations like this.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A way to recognize my teammates helping create a better team dynamic and interactions

  ### 12. Easy Peer-to-Peer Recognition That Aligns Rewards With Core Values

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

It helps with the peer-to-peer recognition feature, making it easy to give shoutouts, rewards, and appreciation without needing a lot of training. It also allows companies to align rewards and recognition with their core values.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

It has limitations on rewards and added costs, which is why it can feel restricted depending on the company’s budget system. I also think it should be a complete HR solution tool, all in one place.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes employees feel unrecognised and undervalued, and this tool helps motivate them. What I like is that it isn’t just manager-driven, which is a really good thing.

  ### 13. Effortless Employee Recognition with Great Gift Card Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah C. | Export Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I love the ability to recognize my employees and shower them in praise. It is also extremely easy to use and I love that there are so many options to choose from with the gift cards.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I don't know if I have any real dislikes with nectar. I do wish as a supervisor I could alerts about employee's birthdays and anniversary via email.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar is solving how I get to show my appreciation for my coworkers and my employees. I love getting to send points!

  ### 14. Easy to Use and Keeps Parker Water’s Mission and Values Front and Center

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

it's easy to use and it keeps the mission and values of parker water in the forefront so that you can actually refer to those and recognize then when they are shown by coworkers.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I don't really know of or can think of any downsides to the program.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it can help people go above and beyond in their job and know that someone has the opportunity to recognize that and reward the positive work behavior.

  ### 15. Solid Employee Rewards Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Candice W. | Senior Enrollment Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Nectar makes it easy to redeem points for a variety of popular gift cards, with a straightforward interface that’s simple to navigate. The redemption process is quick, and the selection of vendors is diverse enough to appeal to different tastes and needs. It’s also convenient to track rewards and see progress toward earning more points.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

While the platform itself functions smoothly, I wish there were more opportunities to earn points more frequently. This limitation feels tied to how our organization structures its rewards program rather than Nectar’s system, but it does impact the overall engagement and value of the experience.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a user, Nectar makes it easy to both give and receive recognition in one place. I can quickly send a “thank you” or acknowledgment to my boss or colleagues, which helps build a positive, encouraging work environment. On the receiving side, it provides a simple way to redeem rewards without juggling multiple programs or physical cards. The variety of digital gift card options means I can choose something I truly want

  ### 16. A program which is effective for employee recognition and promotion of organizational initiatives.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Customized values for our organization, simplicity of awarding recognition, and intuitive navigation.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

The only minor issue had been that for a period of time, user accessibility was routinely blocked, requiring several password resets before the issue was resolved.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The program is a great tool to promote recognition amongst staff and to promote wellness activities for the organization. It is also helpful in keeping the organizational values at the forefront of what we do.

  ### 17. A Great Way to Give Coworkers Credit When It’s Due

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie R. | Registration Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Nothing that I can think of at this moment

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

teams to celebrate wins and reward great work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronny D. | Massage therapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

It is a great way to recognize a colleague for going out of their way to go above and beyond.

There is nothing that I dislike. It is working well.

  ### 19. Solving the Crisis that is Employee Morale.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shane M. | Content Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I really like Nectar's social media-like interface to make something work related feel a little more fun and familiar.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I haven't used Nectar long enough to really identify any down sides to it. It seems like there's little room for error :)

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar is solving a problem I've run into at many workplaces before, and that is the problem of employee morale. Any workplace can have their methods of employee appreciation and collaboration, but Nectar really takes both aspects of that and combines them into a genius software!

  ### 20. Nectar is a fun social media like platform for work where you can see acknowledgements of coworkers.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lizz K. | Executive Administrative Assistant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I really like being able to scroll and see the recognition everyone gives each other. It is very easy to use, and functions similarly to many social media platforms. As an admin, I like the ability to be able to customize the colors and logo on the platform with ease to mesh into our company colors and branding so it fits seamlessly on our intranet. The customer support team is incredible and always super quick to respond and helpful in answering a variety of questions. I like the integration with ADP for uploading new users and ensuring everything stays synced. It also syncs easily with our Single Sign On, which makes logging in quickly and often a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

As an admin who is privy to the cost of the platform, I'd say that could be one downfall. Since we are a nonprofit company, every dollar matters and we want to be able to easily recognize employees, but the costs per seat and then also the cost of points can add up quickly. It would be nice if you could combine active/disabled accounts for when a new account gets created because of a sync with ADP where the employee has a name and email change.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to a large majority of our employees being remote, it is a great way to be able to recognize and reward employees and stay connected with them across the US.

  ### 21. A Meaningful Way to Be Recognized by Managers and Peers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** NORMA M. | Jr. service advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I like that our employer has given us an opportunity to be recognized thru management and fellow peers. This make such a great impact on the moral of the work place. This has helped me during the holiday season as i use it to purchase gifts without it impacting me financially.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I have no negative comments as this has help me tremendously

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

again the recognition of our work or helping other departments and people actually see us. It makes me feel happy and seen.

  ### 22. Easy Points Earning and Hassle-Free Cash-Out

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph K. | Blade technician, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Being able to get points and cash those points out and get whatever you need

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Sometimes it takes a while to accumulate enough points to cash out, and the redemption options can feel a bit limited depending on the offers available

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar helps address the challenge of gathering authentic customer feedback while rewarding users for their time. It benefits me by providing a simple way to share my opinions and earn points that can be redeemed for real value.

  ### 23. Great program teambuilding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cami B. | Property Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

It is really easy to use. We use Slack to communicate with everyone in the company, and we have a channel specifically for Nectar, so everyone can see when someone is recognized quickly. It has really been great to build up people who are doing great, and it encourages everyone to do more just to get the nectar points. We also have people who work from all over the world, so it helps to build camaraderie with people I work with every day that I have never met. There are also a lot of great options for rewards. It is just a really positive, fun way to boost your team.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Honestly, I can't really think of anything.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting with people that work very far away, and promoting a positive work environment.

  ### 24. Great for Coworker Connection and Recognition

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

It helps me connect with my coworkers and recognize their efforts.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I feel like the original feed that pops up when I sign in could be a bit more user-friendly. Also, it can be really difficult at times to navigate the emojis and memes.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like being able to recognize my coworkers, not just through the chat feature.

  ### 25. Great Rewards and Shout-Outs, but Points Feel Too Limited

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

The rewards are great, and I really like being able to give a shout-out to a colleague.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

The point system/currency isn’t given out in sufficient amounts.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only issue I’ve noticed is that people sometimes forget to use it. On the plus side, it’s nice being able to redeem your points for gifts.

  ### 26. Show your appreciation with Nectar!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dawn S. | SR. Business Systems Test Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I like that we can give shout outs with or without points. It is nice to have the ability to recognize my coworkers and show my appreciation. I also appreciate that the company can see the shout outs, it is a great way to let not only the worker but their superiors know what a great job they are doing. Nectar is easy to use and the tools help make sure we don't forget any aspect- like why they are being recognized and of course the ability to give points when we have them available!

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I have not found any downsides with Nectar- it is easy to use.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar helps keep people engaged, it can provide a little pick me up if someone is on a hard project or having a rough day. It is great to show my appreciation of someone to the entire company.

  ### 27. A Great System for Employee Recognition - and Motivation!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Nectar is a fun and easy to use platform to help create a culture of appreciation and recognition. Feeling appreciated, both by peers and managers, can be more important to employee satisfaction than just compensation.

In addition, we regularly use Nectar to incentivize behaviors we need to advance the health and safety of the company -- completing IT security training on time, responding to pulse and DEI surveys, reposting company highlights in social media, etc.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Can't think of any downsides - everybody seems to love Nectar!

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management consulting is a challenging way to make a living -- Nectar helps provide an easy way to let people know that their contributions and teamwork are appreciated. Nectar stats -- both who gives the most points/shoutouts and who receives them -- are shared at each monthly All Company meeting.

**Official Response from Emily Mireault:**

> Sweet! We love to hear that everyone is loving Nectar. Let us know if you ever need assistance :)

  ### 28. Great for Social Wellness, Needs Better Name Update Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allison C. | Police Services Technician II, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I like that Nectar helps motivate me to stay on top of my health while making it a social aspect as well, so you can improve your wellness with others. Sometimes it's easier for people to better their health if they have a buddy to do it with.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I don't like that I can't change my last name or update the email. I've gotten married and would like to use my married name. My account email still forwards to my new one so it's not a big deal but it would be nice to change.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me stay on top of my health goals. So far it's helped me drop down a size.

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I like that we can see other members’ accomplishments on our team, and that we can also show our enthusiasm with a GIF.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I think the least helpful part is that there isn’t enough advertising or exposure around the challenges. The only way I was able to find out about them was by exploring within Nectar.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personally, I haven’t encountered any specific problem-solving features in Nectar.

  ### 31. Helpful Shoutout Reminders and a Great Variety of Rewards

At this moment I don't have any downsides about Nectar.

  ### 33. Easy to use - and Fun to Watch

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle N. | HR Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I think my favorite part of Nectar is the ability to see who is helping others out across the organization. The feed is a quick and easy way to see how co-workers that I don't normally interact with are engaging with others and with other departments. I know for our organization, I see at least one (usually way more) update/post per day of colleagues recognizing one another. It's simple to use, and super easy to make posts personal with GIFs and pictures etc.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I can't think of anything about the platform itself that I dislike. I'm not on top of the Leaderboard, but that's certainly not something that Nectary can do anything about! ;)

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar has made our ability to recognize other employees (especially those at satellite offices/remote workers) a whole lot easier. I think that has definitely improved morale along the team.

  ### 34. My experience with nectar

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Briana B. | Behavior interventionist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

My expect with nectar has been so fun! I am always excited to use it! Nectar is easy to use, never too difficult! I love that it has so many perks and that I can use it outside of work! The cool thing is that I do use it during to work ! Sharing support and shoutouts, receiving the shoutouts back! Nectar is just fun to use I have yet to have anything go wrong.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I will say that only in the beginning because I did not know how to use nectar it was a bit difficult to navigate but after spending some careful time I was able to use it very well!

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think giving companies a platform to utilize within the team to show support and appreciation is great and it benefits me because I love giving out recognition.

  ### 35. Easy Employee Recognition with Rewarding Features

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** deonna t.

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I appreciate how easy it is to use Nectar for acknowledging my coworkers. The ability to thank them for specific situations is incredibly beneficial. Nectar simplifies the process of expressing gratitude which is an essential part of maintaining good workplace relationships. The website's user-friendliness adds to the ease of use, making it feel effortless to navigate and engage with my colleagues. I particularly enjoy using GIFs on Nectar's platform. They allow me to express emotions more strongly and effectively compared to just typing out my thanks. Additionally, I like the reward system that Nectar incorporates, which adds an extra layer of motivation and acknowledgment. Although I did not personally choose Nectar as it's a tool provided by my company, Schneidermans, I find its features like the reward system and easy website navigation to be quite appealing and effective in achieving its intended purpose.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

nothing its fine

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find the product provides an easy way to acknowledge and thank my coworkers, using features like GIFs for stronger emotional expression, enhancing team morale.

  ### 36. A Great Way to Recognize Coworkers and Reward Positive Behaviors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel K. | Commissioner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

Great way to recognize coworkers and get rewarded for good behaviors.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I believe our 50 point balance is too low for each month but that may be determined by employer, otherwise no issues

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps find and reward good behavior with coworkers

  ### 37. Easy Teammate Recognition with Plenty of Reward Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

How easy it is to send recognition to teammates. The amount of options for rewards.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

So far, I like everything about Nectar; I have no dislikes.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't been using it that long. This one is a little hard to answer.

  ### 38. Motivating and User-Friendly Recognition Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nevetra W. | Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

The Nectar Rewards and Recognition Program has been a wonderful addition to our workplace culture. It provides an easy and meaningful way to recognize staff for their hard work, teamwork, and dedication. The platform is user-friendly, and the recognition feels genuine and motivating rather than transactional.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Sometimes the feature on giving or using points is confusing

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar helps solve the challenge of employees feeling unseen or unrecognized for their hard work. It provides a simple and meaningful way for peers to recognize one another, especially in situations where we may not always know if our efforts are noticed.

This has benefited me by creating a more positive and supportive work environment where recognition is shared, morale is boosted, and contributions feel valued.

  ### 39. A Great Way to Recognize Coworkers’ Hard Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DOMINIQUE M. | JR SERIVCE ADVISOR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

It is a great opportunity to recognize my co workers on the work they are putting out!

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Not much, it has been great! Sometimes it does lag but that's all technology!

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel like you cannot always really show people you work with recognition that is going to benefit them!

  ### 40. Turns Enough Points Into a Tangible Reward and It's Nice to Give a Stressed Coworker a Shoutout

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

It's nice that we can exchange our points for something real.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I don't like that we have to use the business buzzwords to give someone points. Sometimes the hashtags on offer do not cover the great thing they did.

(Also, I can't say I love that your survey is feeding into AI apparently?)

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's nice having a way of thanking people if I forget to just be a person and say "Thank you, I appreciate you" in person

  ### 41. User-Friendly Tool That Highlights Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

nothing. it woks great and is user friendly.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

is solves the problem of people not feeling recognized in the work place.

  ### 42. Great Rewards Variety, But Limited Use on Mobile Devices

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsay D. | Dispatcher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I appreciate being able to use points instead of cash to pay for merchandise. While points essentially represent cash value, using them means my bank account balance remains unchanged when I make a selection on Nectar. I also enjoy the extensive range of rewards available, including gift cards, Amazon products, and discounts on hotels and car rentals. As Americans, we certainly value having plenty of choices! After finally choosing a reward, the checkout process is very fast and straightforward. I find myself browsing Nectar often—probably at least once a week—to check for new offerings. Another feature I like is that Nectar doesn't require me to enter a password every time I log in, and setting up my account was almost effortless since my employer had already taken care of most of it.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

When I use Nectar to browse rewards from Amazon, I find it frustrating that only a single image is shown for each product. Because of this limitation, I usually end up searching for the exact item directly on Amazon’s website before making a decision. My biggest issue with Nectar, however, is that the category dropdown lists for Amazon products often don’t function properly. Many times, after selecting a main category, I expect a more specific subcategory to appear, but the subcategory dropdown frequently fails to load. Additionally, browsing Amazon merchandise through Nectar on a mobile device is very restricted, so I generally avoid using my phone for this purpose whenever possible.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before I started using Nectar, recognition in our team was often overlooked or handled inconsistently. With Nectar, acknowledging others has become a simple and efficient process, making it much easier for everyone to feel valued and appreciated.

  ### 43. Quality rewards program that drives results and participation.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rylee C. | Branch Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

What sets Nectar about is the variety of products for trade in points. There's something for everyone! Employees get to choose their rewards based on what they like and will actually use. Additionally, points can be rewarded for so many things. Participation, excellent performance, gratitude to other departments for support, or anything else that deserves recognition.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

For those not technologically savvy, processing steps for point exchanging may feel complicated. But is generally simple.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Other programs or systems utilized, though rewards may be given, can feel impersonal. Receiving thanks or recognition is always nice. But if it's a gift card you'll never use, company swag that doesn't fit, or a promise to deliver something in the future, the employee can be left feeling bad that they are not particularly excited. With Nectar, the choice is ours and the rewards are accessible right away.

  ### 44. Recognition for Silent Heroes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I enjoy the opportunity to recognize individuals who have gone above and beyond to help me be successful in my role as PBIS Tier 1 Coach.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I am limited to 10 points per month, and I would like to allocate additional points to other people each month.

I wish I could see a list of the individuals that I have already recognized (so that I could be sure I sprinkle my compliments on many people). I would like to avoid always giving points to the same people.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar is good for recognizing good employees in a private atmosphere. I believe Nectar is efficient in letting a peer know that they have done a good job, without embarrassing them. People appreciate being honored. They like to know that someone "saw" that they have been working hard.

  ### 45. Transforms Workplace Culture with Rewarding Shoutouts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Max M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I like the Nectar points because doing good things helps me get points to put towards rewards like gift cards. It helps drive me to do a better job so I can get more points. The initial setup of Nectar was easier than any other app I’ve dealt with.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

There isn’t really anything I don’t like.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar improves workplace culture through shoutouts and motivates better performance with points for rewards like gift cards.

  ### 46. Flexible Reward Choice, But Organization Limits Recognition

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

That the individual can specifically select their reward when they choose.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Limitations set by an organization. Not being able to acknowledge an individual multiple times or in the full capacity of our choosing.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is assisting with peer-to-peer acknowledgement for help on projects and important tasks, however, the expectation from a management level is still unclear. There has been improvement surrounding peer relationships and utilizing this platform as incentive to improve safety reporting culture.

  ### 47. Easy Points-to-Gift Cards for Great Stores

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa D. | Speech Language Pathologist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

That we can exchange points for gift cards to great stores!

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I wish more stores were available to utilize.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps provide incentives.

  ### 48. Teammate Recognition Done Right

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacquelyn B. | escrow assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

I like that you can recognize people and recognise their hard work.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I dont like that the points expire shortly after you add them to a card.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When you want to thank someone for thir hard work its an easy way to say thank you.

  ### 49. Easy Reminders and Convenience, but Login Issues After Being Logged Out

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt S. | District Services Lead Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Nectar?**

It is easy to use, and convenient. The reminders help with keeping up to date.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

Sometimes I get logged out and then have issues getting logged back in.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has increased morale in my work group.

  ### 50. Sunbelt Properties' partnership with Nectar helps to cultivate a culture of gratitude.

**What do you dislike about Nectar?**

I have not seen any practical downside to using Nectar.

**What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From birthdays and work anniversaries to shoutouts and praise reports, Nectar has given us a very easy way to show our teammates, both frontline and leadership, that we value them. It also allows our team members to praise and encourage each other. Nectar has helped promote a culture of gratitude and communication.
