The criteria you need in order to complete a post (hashtags and such). This is achieved in a semi impersonal way for those to privatley receive thanks, for those uncomfortable with acknowledgement, but also makes it easier for introverted people to express gratitude hidden behind a screen. With the addred bonus of having a semi monetary amount to back said appreciaition. **What do you dislike about Nectar?** Whatever is said is posted companywide and people who you don't know can see. Which objectivly is not a bad thing but feels a bit to public for my taste. I prefer to recive or give appreciation in private. **What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps make the work place a more positive place to be in, and helps me feel secure in my ablility to contribute. Nectar is very user friendly and makes it quick so I am more likely to use it. It is nice to see all of the shout outs other people are getting. **What do you dislike about Nectar?** I have not found a downside to nectar. I find it easy to use. **What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nectar makes it easier to give recognition to coworkers and it is nice to have all of them in once place for everyone to see.
