I like that I can instantly reward team members for their efforts. I also like that my team can choose company swag and numerous gift cards with their earned points. As a finance leader, I need to account for all these transactions and the reporting is not robust enough for what I need. I find using the platform login is difficult and annoying to get into. I think employees always want to reward others for cross-function collaboration, and Managers want to reward employees for going above and beyond.
